I like how Bitwig modulates in such a straitforward way .
There's lots of trance vocal effects everywhere I've noticed the past few years, the 90s are back!
Neat to see how far you can get in 30 minutes. Picked up some good tips about composing in the piano roll. Thanks for that. Sort of funny how you can get this far without talking about emotion or meaning at all, the notes in the fourth chord actually suggest a lot, to me, in terms of what the song is about. I think showing a bit about doing a breakdown and buildup would have added a lot for less experienced people actually trying to make this style in bitwig, but in the end, no complaints. Very fun little session, good work and thanks for sharing it. (:

Funny - I also only use Saint Peter's Cathedral with the Convulsion! When Bitwig first offered it I went through the presets and thought it was the only one I'd need.

I think it's probably just a hue shift done in post for colors close to orange. Could be something new in bw 5.2 though. I know they rewrote their graphics engine so they might've added some stuff like that.
Actually, I'm pretty sure it's just done in post. The knobs aren't in the bitwig 5.2 style, so it can't be something changed in an update. I agree it looks really good though! Wish they'd add theming options. Maybe soon with the graphics engine update.
Great work. As always. And I love it, when you use only Bitwig Stocks... (not the pain of Missing plugin hahaha). It is great to see how animation and modulation brings life in.

You've opened a can of worms, buuut something inspired by Warp records idm from the 90s. Autechre, Plaid, Squarepusher etc would be really interesting. Especially with the older synths and abstract drums

Hi, since a few videos I have noticed that the color scheme is different with blue Volumen bars etc. How can you adjust that? I think this isn't the usual color palette, right?
Can you do the opposite, using as many plug-ins as possible without sounding cheesy?

Thank you for your video. Is it possible change the note of piano roll using plugins like E-Kick, E-Snare, ecc??? I can only change the tune on the plugin but I would like to change the note in the piano roll like a normal synth. Thank you in advance :)

A newbie question when you used eq after the convulsion, doesn’t that mean you’re taking the low end away from bass?
it's in the "wet fx" box of the convolution device, so only low end from the wet signal. the dry signal is untouched 👍

Drexcyia is the obvious one but there is more melodic modern examples like frequency of creation by MOY or darker ones like in abyss by signal type
