Your #1 may taste great but it is a California style BB not a Colorado BB. The first 2 you reviewed are traditional Colorado BBs. You can tell by the roll of the tortilla. The configuration of a traditional and authentic Colorado breakfast burrito is that the tortilla is flour and is rolled to have an open end and is more narrow, long and contains green chili, which you didn't mention, this is critical to authenticity. In California BB the tortilla is rolled closed on both ends and is fat short shape and you can find it anywhere in the US. Green chili, you said half and half, you should explain what that means. People outside of Denver don't know what half and half is. Green chili in Colorado is huge part of our culture. It is something that is definitive in our state. Without the green it is not the same and it is not Colorado.
You have to have Santiago’s on the list, most well known breakfast burrito in Denver. For some reason I find those crappy, cheap burritos to be tasty morsels, but definitely not the best.
