Good but Guys if you dont know about MFs keep it less complicated, Just go for a nifty 50 index fund (of any known brand say UTI, SBI or AXIS etc), a Nifty Next 50 index fund (of another brand), Also A midcap 150 index fund. Thats better.
Guys just statr with index funds ..thats all.. gradually watch n study about market..observe market n mutual fund growth continuously. During thqt period start with an index fund,thqts all Its not complicated. Keep it simple
