They've been trying to rent this out for 20-35k a month for over a decade. Bizarre pricing for 1990s finishing and ordinary ceiling height. This lot is not part of the active landslide area to the east but Palos Verdes has a long history of landslides, especially on "cliffs", and is completely unpredictable.
I have seen parts of the cliff erode, but not in this particular area. its important to control the water run off and cliff erosion which could lead to future problems, or a huge storm, who knows.... eventually? maybe, there are other area's of the coastline that I would be concerned about.

He built fireplaces, laid stone, marble floors, etc. I got to see some of them. They were in gated communities, but I could go in with my husband. One fireplace he did was so big at the opening, I could stand in it. I'm 5 ft 2.
