Personally I’m very disappointed with the gadgets. I prefer the main gadgets in the first game. Trip mine, web bomb, impact web. You felt more like Spidey. Shame they’ve been completely removed.
A lot of people complained that you could avoid fighting entirely by just using gravity followed by web bomb (I loved that from time to time) as a result not making combat worth while. Again other peoples words not mine. So that’s why they changed it. Also impact web is back but after Perry’s only

Are you able to pick people up while swinging? I know you can during story missions like, say, carrying Jonah...but can you do that with generic thugs and enemies? You used to be able to do that in 2004's Spider-Man 2 game. I used to love grabbing a thug, swinging with them to the top of a building (especially the Empire State Building), and dropping them off.

The game is amazing, also if you are having trouble combat wise, button mash. Button mashing between gadgets, abilities, and normal attacks can clear out a room in no time. This works great with Miles’s mistrrium missions and the accompanying bossfight.
Without spoiling, yes, you can still use the suit and powers. SPOILER Peter gets anti-venom somewhere towards the end of the game, haven’t gotten there myself but I’m 99% sure the powers are white.
What button did you push to do that upwards kick move you did in the air at 3:18 I’ve been trying for days to figure out what move that is and hoe to do it if anyone knows please inform ya boi.
Did you have to use the symbiote suit for the thumbnail the suit evolving was such a oh woah moment for me , kind of a spoiler and i dont mind spoilers in a video if jts made clear there will be spoilers , people have the choice if they wanna be spoiled or not but in a thumbnail......they have no choice
While I give youtube creators that spoil in thumbnails shit... the black suit is not something I would class as spoilerable. How it happens sure. But the frigging box art and loading screen of the game has spidey with black tendrils on him shoot black Web. Give the man a pass here.
@@godsplayingfield it's not the black suit he's wearing , he's wearing the symbiote suit in the thumbnail and seeing the suit go from looking like armour to looking more alien was a very cool moment
I was disappointed with the combat. I miss the old gadgets, enemies are far too spammy and its a shame you can't fully mix and match abilities, instead being locked to 1-3 inputs per ability slot.
@@secretlysaki that’s sick! I’m doing these side missions. Leveling up Peter and miles. Must say the hunters are overpowered in this game haha. Gives a good challenge.
With the removal of gadgets I feel like battles are strung out too long. There’s so many enemies and the only way to take them out is to pummel them with the attack button or web shooter. There’s no way to easily remove weak enemies quickly. Plus web shooters are totally weak, it’s extra difficult to stick enemies to surfaces for some reason.
SLIGHT SPOILER WARNING: I just wish we could have the option to quick switch to symbiote suit and have a separate ability slots when you switch. So when your in regular suits you have the spider arms but once you switch to the symbiote suit the abilities will switch to the symbiote powers. I guess from what I hear it would work something like web of shadows game(never played it) but having the option to choose that would be a nice quality of life change imo. (similar to the swing assist option we have). Basically like the surge mode for Peter but just to switch suits and abilities no extra damage that the surge mode provides.
That would have been great. Also I was disappointed that post game when you switch to the Symbiote suit and use the abilities, the abilities come out white and not black. It looked pretty stupid.

Gadgets in 1 were broken. You literally dont need to fight if you have them because 2 gadgets can clear a roon

I have been playing for 10 hours straight. The game crashed once. That was when I nocliped into a building and tried fast traveling out.

Man it’s sad how people need a guide or to make a guide for this game when you can legit platinum the game in just barely over 20 hours…
Honestly I'm most disappointed in the costumes most of them suck especially for miles Idk I just feel like most of the costumes look stupid
