Oh yum!!
If, like me, you happen to live in a place where something like mango chutney is almost impossible to find, in a pinch a small dab of apricot jam will serve as a substitute. It won't be exactly the same, of course, but it will add that little hint of fruity sweetness that is so appealing.
Well you will certainly disappoint Maggie Blackmore buy adding foreign condiments such as mango chutney
My cooking has improved so much ,Thank you mr Paul for your clear ,concise and interesting recipes
Can always rely in MrPaul for great and tasty easy baking.
Wow, it's hard to believe that they're so easy to make! Thank you!
I have my daughter and son-in-law coming for dinner this weekend and this is what will be served. With an onion gravy topper. So yummy! I was under the impression these were more difficult to make. Boy, was I wrong.
You make things look so simple Mr. Paul, that I feel encouraged to try your recipes, and I love how easy the pastry wrap was! Darn crimping, can never get that right. Your method is definitely going to be mine from now on. Those look so good, I'm feeling hungry now. Yummy 😊
This looks absolutely delicious I definitely going to be on the menu this weekend, thanks Mr Paul ❤
It's always good to get tips from a professional baker Mr Paul. I could happily put away a couple of these right now. Shared 😋
Thanks for sharing Pete, hope you're both OK will have to catch up with you soon.
Nom, nom, nom. I'm not a curry eater myself but I sure know someone in my house who would devour these. I'll treat him to some and make tomorrow. Thank you for sharing your yummy recipes Paul, I'll let you know what he thinks of them. (I'm not a great cook but I try) :D
Hope you're ok Mr. Paul. I'm rewatching some of your videos til you return. These pasties are on the menu for tomorrow, they look delicious. Will let you know how my attempt turns out. Will be lovely to see you back but don't rush, we'll all be patient. Please take things steady, your health comes first. From Di and family in the UK.
Nice looking pasties. I like the chicken curry pasties we get here in thailand but will try the method you give with both the beef and the chicken.
These look absolutely amazing and fairly straightforward to make. The addition of mango chutney sounds so good! Thank you for another wonderful recipe.
They look delicious. we used to eat something very similar in Singapore. We called them curry puffs, made with shortcrust pastry and deep fried. Here in Spain they are called empanadas, with the curry of course and made with corn type flour (from South America) and also deep fried.
Good to see you cooking out the curry powder.
Another treat. Looks so warming. And delicious. I must try these over the weekend. Maybe Sunday lunch after church. Thank you Mr Paul. Keep well ❤
😋 Your beef curry pasties turned out great Mr. Paul! I think you’ll be putting on this your menu of the week! 😊
Winter here in Tasmania ( Australia ), so I will definitely make this dish. Thanks! 😃🇦🇺

A lovely recipe, Mr Paul 👍 I'll definitely give it a go when I'm back in Dublin.
Coincidentally, my supper tonight was a homemade beef curry pie- made with left over beef, peas, bell pepper and onion and a spicy curry sauce
Now there is another great idea ❤️🥰
I made the Beef Curry Pasties for dinner tonight. They are SO GOOD! I doubled the recipe and made 12. They won’t last long! Thank you for such an easy and delicious recipe!

Great recipe I would have never thought of putting mango chutney in, but of course this would give it extra flavour and a little bit of sweetness. Nice.
Hope you enjoy them Clive.
I hope you’re feeling better mr paul, just made this recipe 🎉🎉🎉 absolute winner.
Sadly Mr. Paul has died from cancer
Thats a shame. He was a nice man from all accounts.@@TheCybertiger9
Hope you feel well enough to read comments from your fans, Mr.Paul. I mentioned yesterday that these curry pasties were on the menu today and I'd let you know how they turned out. I followed your recipe to the letter and they were delicious. Tomorrow, your Mediterranean Salad is on the menu. Thank you for sharing your wonderful skills, my cooking has reached new heights since I discovered you on UA-cam. Oh gosh, I hope you are on the mend. Don't rush back, get yourself right first. My family and I in the UK wish you a speedy recovery XX

@@MrPaulsPantry Thank you for replying Mr. Paul. You are in our thoughts, from Dianne and family in the UK XXX
not sure if you knew. Sadly Mr. Paul passed@@di4237
Yummmmm♥️
They look delicious. Did you use mild, medium or hot curry powder?
Paul, this brings back memories of a quick snack calling in to the village bakery for a curry pastie, Thank you for showing me how easy it's to make these. I'm making a batch tomorrow. Can I freeze a batch after I made them and reheat again?
Yes you can
Thanks for sharing another amazing recipe from your professional baking life, MR. PAUL, you mentioned that in your Spanish baking days , were your customers mostly English or a mixture of Spanish locals as well
Hi Mike, a mixture of both, I used to get Brits, bringing their Spanish neighbours to the shop or sometimes buying a pork pie or something as a thank you for a Spanish neighbour which in turn brought them to the shop. Don't forget, I also had a good Celebration Cake decorating side yo my business too and chilares First Communion cakes were a big hit with the Spanish.
Mr Paul
Im thinking of stop watching your channel from now on
I watch your channel because it’s British dishes
If you are going to make foreign dishes or confuse British classics with foreign fillings then it will confuse the situation.
Mmmm I have all ingredients ….. thank you for such another great recipe. Hope yo are feeling better. Could I freeze some cos I would like to take to grandson in Somerset when I go in a couple of weeks? Thank you.
Yes, absolutely Maggie
❤❤
Hi mr Paul love this recipe is it possible to freeze them ta
Yes you can Jennifer but they will not be the same as when freshly cooked. If you use my shortcrust pastry recipe then they will freeze better.

Hi Paul , nice video . What is that Gas hob yr using is it a camper unit.
Thank you .
Paul😂
Hi Paul, yes it is. I used to pull my main cooker out so I could get behind and film from the front but with Arthritis problems increasing and living alone I had find an alternative. Thanks for watching.
@@MrPaulsPantry take care of yourself .
😋🥰🙏
look beautiful i willbe trying them
Can you use a bit of chilli flakes instead of the black pepper.
Yes of course, that's what cooking is all about. Make it as spicy as you like it. Thanks for watching.
Can I sub chicken for the beef?
Yes by all means.
What a portable gas stove 😂
Why doesn’t my puff pastry ‘puff’ ? 😳
Camping stove 😂
I'm 61, never tasted curry. Most of our gas stations in the USA are owned by ppl from India and they often have something with curry cooking the smell absolutely gags me lol.
