Before I became a Christian, I relied on my own strength in everything. But at a certain point, when I reached my breaking point, I realized that we have a God who loves us so much and helps us carry our burdens. It is not by our own strength that we stand firm, but by relying on God.

I appreciate this talk. Not every day u get to play w your bro on a pro team and both at a high level. I especially appreciate the insight on team tensions and power dynamics and also the mental side, facing anxiety and pressure and the like. I feel like the bball community is more receptive to these topics now than before. And it should affect so much how bball is taught and coached and experienced as players.

Thanks for this. When you see something that makes you feel like reading the Bible afterwards... For us Christians, thats why we do it right. Like, with our professions, in everything we do, glorify God. I'm sure this was maybe not the major reason for recording this, but thank you for allowing yourself to be used by God and helping someone you'll never meet, in the other side of the world, be reminded that God is greater than the circumstances. I thank God for your life, may He bless you and your family and keep you strong in faith wherever life takes you :)

am i the only one that thought this was kind of awkward? joseph should be the one offering up these criticisms about himself on his own rather than it being dished out by his older bro. you can see their relational dynamic playout ie: jeremy's aggressiveness is the reason why joseph is more passive
