Woah servitude and leadership! So impressive to see the depth of Jesus' teaching is implemented and exercised in corporate as stated in 1 Peter 4:10. Thank you Jeremy and Phil!

Wow from only seeing highlight clips of the New Taipei Kings I had no idea what level of intention went into curating the culture in which all members feel free to give input and speak their mind. Thank you for having Phil on! I grew up in West San Jose and have known Jaeson Ma since he used to be a youth group leader in HS so hearing about him and De Anza college hella hit home for me!!

Great vision for how sport teams should be bringing community together and it's a natural process for the perks to get excited about the area instead of the company that pays for it

Thanks for sharing the story between Jeremy Lin and Phil Chen! I was surprised that you guys have known each other for so long since Jeremy had played in the NBA! Now, I learn more about the New Taipei Kings and the concept to run this oraganization.

I first know Jeremy is in Studio Classroom Magazine 。

I wanna be Phil's disciple on management, and I really mean it 😆 I grew up in a western culture too and I have exactly the same problems when managing a team of TW engineers... or maybe Phil can share some of his tips with me 💪 💪

Jeremy and Phil have humbly pointed out some of the major issues. If I interpret in my own words, there are far too many mediocre basketball coaches in Taiwan - it explains why most tall local guys literally don't know how to shoot nor dribble , etc....bcos they have been told to protect the rims since they were in puberty or earlier. In Japan - be it football or basketball, all the players have been working hard on the basic skills since they started learning the sport

😂 These guys are here to invest and make money why should they care about the Olympics ? You should criticize Taiwan basketball association not a private business who owes Taiwan nothing.
