Thus some cars and especially the old Ford Fairmont had a really messed of camber from the factory that was a desight flaw and they ate your new tires alive. Im thinking some type of adjustment kit might have solved that problem. Also, my 1998 Mustang 5.0 used camber plates at the top strut mount that had almost no adjustablity. The camber is factory set. Some guys unstalled aftermarket camber plates for racing purpuses.
Do you have to remove the wheel during alignment in order to adjust these camber bolts?
Mine pulls right when I brake. Had an alignment done and all new suspension. Would this be the issue or could it be a clogged brake line?
Could I use 2 sets for both sides for that “maximum” camber look?
Or is that a sketchy thing? Or bad for the ball joint? Or axle could snap? Idk if it’s ever happened
Seems to me that the factory doesnt use a adjustable camber bolt because under normal driving you dont need to fuck with the camber. Thats my take on it.
Bottom line. i dont think the Fit needs any camber adjusting. I never fucked with it and my camber is fine. Maybe a simple toes adjust on occasion.
