My first ever mechanical keyboard was a tecware phantom and it was awesome. Eventhough i have upgraded from it, it was a keyboard I was very happy with for quite a few years. It was strong and sturdy enough to handle all my aggressive modding. Glad to see tecware give the phantom some upgrades
@@ZXTech the original phantom though, even though it sounded pretty good, it defo benefitted from some mods. thats the board i have right now with a few mods (band aid, holee, clipped + lubed stabs, akko cs switches, custom keycaps, shroud) and i honestly love this think with the mods that i added.
Thanks for your review, the pinks sound awesome. Usually the shroud cost $10/15 separately, since it's included in the set and it can be wireless $109 is plenty worth it. 👍
I know this is kinda old to ask but, did the pink feel weightless and very light is or is it just right and not too heavy when you click on it? I'm planning to use it for fps games but at the same time, I don't want it to be too light, I want it to be balanced
I think the Phantom Plus Elite is a good option (white and grey colorway); the PBT keycaps in OEM profile really sold it for me (no interference with them north facing RGBs). The white and grey colorway gives me a nostalgic feel because it reminds me of the IBM Model M. If only they had an ISO layout.
I have owned the Tecware Phantom (RGB) "full size, corded" for the better part of 4 years. My favorite keyboard...ever. Not changing this baby. Excellent quality, sturdy, easy to keep clean...incredible value. Highly Recommend.

Question as someone actually looking to buy a keyboard for the first time (I have a shitty cheap one from like 2004 that I think is membrane), is the weight difference between Wraith Red (45g actuation) and Wraith Pink (58g actuation) something that is strongly felt? I want this keyboard but the best offer I could find has Wraith Pink. I want it for gaming, if that makes a difference, and my hands aren't the strongest. My budget is limited and I don't want to get stuck with switches that I'll struggle to press. Ofc Red would always be better but I just wanna know if Pink would be fine. Even if anyone reading this hasn't tried these weights, I'd like to know just how much it matters or how heavy 58g really is.
I own Tecware Phantom+ Elite with Pink Switches, But i want to replace the switches with Tecware's Pink Switches but i can't find any similar product to their switches. I really love the sound and i don't want to replace the Tecware's Pink Switches with different colors and sounds. But if you guys know what's similar sound to Tecware's Pink Switches, I'm happy to know it.
Brother, what do you think about, this one, and the Akko 5075S white version? i know the price is diffrent but, it is worth pay little bit more for the akko?
Bro, can you confirm if the phantom+ (non elite) supports other 3 pin switches like Gaterons? Or it only supports akko switches(besides the outemu ones) like the older phantom keyboard? Much appreciated
I got the regular tkl version yesterday and will return it in a few days since the extra switches that came with it are broken and also has a lot of pinging noise. Today I ordered the phantom+ 104 brown switches and I’m excited for it, I would’ve loved the tkl version better but it’s not available in Canada 😂.
That pinging are the pre installed Otemu switches and unmodded stabilizers. Mine had that too, i ordered Akko switches and did some modding to the stabs and it's thocky and nice. Maybe rethink your decision and get different switches.

Pink Vs Red switch. if you were given the choice, which would you pick for this? Prefer on a more quiet type, but it seems like both sounded about the same.
The only difference is the push force required to register the key, if the keyboard main purpose is gaming I would suggest red because it requires less force, but if its for typing and doing normal tasks then go with pink as they feel more satisfying to type on
