That type of frosting is not going to thicken up while it's over the Heat. It needs to be spun and then refrigerated. See? It gets thick off the heat. That frosting should be much thicker lines covering everywhere you doing a bakery drizzle and that's not what it should be. You should be doing much more of the chocolate and it would fall off thicker. This cake is junk without ice cream though it screams for ice cream! That's why I made it for my birthday and had butter crunch ice cream with it. Divine! Chocolate and butter crunch or butter anything ice cream is the best combination. :-)

People fall all over my Mississippi mud cake and the Cake part is two boxes of brownie mix! Ssshhh don't tell anybody! :-) all the rest is the same but the bass because I I am disabled and can't stand up forever to get ingredients out I just make up two boxes of brownie mix. Nobody ever knows and the people I know aren't going to be watching this! ;-) LOL

I like it a little warm. Add a little instant espresso or instant coffee to the base and it explodes the chocolate flavor it's like chocolate squared.
