Hello cousin, I’m afraid you’ll end up with an incredibly bland moro de Guandules. I’ll suggest adding a tablespoon or two of salt, and using aceite de bija for color.
That’s good idea omg never did this before with the tin foil
It helps retain moisture and cooks evenly, cousin 😊
