1 Tbsp of Sofrito
1 Chicken Bouillon Cube
1 Yellow Seasoning Packet
Half of A Red Onion
Recao/Culantro/Cilantro Ancho Leaves
1 Celery Rib
Half of An Aji Cubanelo (Cubanelle/Italian Pepper) or Green Bell Pepper
Cilantro
1-2 Pieces of Auyama (Pumpkin/West Indian Pumpkin)
1 “Bean Can” Of Water = 2 Cups
