- Opening the brand new Steam Deck Oled Limited Edition. Arrived fast! Right off the bat felt it being much lighter than even expected than the original Steam Deck. Screen, text, and graphics are indeed more cleaner, sharper, and immediate feeling than old LCD screen. Darks are truly dark compared to LCD version. Very happy with initial impression. Touch screen is also much more sensitive and responsive , which will take a minute to adapt to. Limited Edition looks fantastic no regrets.
Nice unboxing. That is a really awesome device. OLED screen is gorgeous I know its even better in person
Just got my shipping confirmation a few minutes ago! Should arrive just in time for all these games I just bought on the Steam sale Can’t wait to try out hi-fi Rush and Hades on this OLED screen

Technically though it’s still limited once they run out of stock that’s it…. They are not making anymore

Was thinking about the OLED one, but i got a refurbished 512gb LCD one for 2/3 of the price of an OLED. Thought thats a good deal..
In my humble opinion, after having both the Oled and LCD models now, there is literally no difference in terms of pure gaming enjoyment between the LCD and Oled versions. For me, I like the slightly more resistance feeling on the joysticks of LCD version better. Enjoy!
