Hi. How can I read the keys for my 2008 GSX-R 1000, Australian Immobiliser version? Are the bikes in the UK and Australia the same? I know the US bike doesn’t use an immobiliser. So if I have a new Ignition lockset, the new keys but no old key how do I get my keys and ECU talking to each other?
I do now, Bro. Someone, with a key from my new lock set and my old ECM, did what was needed and it’s working now. He made it so a new key can simply be coded should I need too. No trip to the robbing dealer to setup the key. Thanks.
You can run a 12v live through a resister to the cbr600rr crank sensor and the bike will let you register new keys provided you have a working key already. Can be done at home in 10 mins.
I can assure you that it isn't a fake video, checkout all the videos on youtube of a handybaby cloning a ID46 transponder and you'll see that this tool works and does the job perfectly

Can you use any 46 chips t5 chips etc on handy baby or does it only work with their own brand chips?

So I could use something like this to read my Suzuki key. Then I need to write the information to my ECU? How do I do that?
