It’s time that people walk into open public meetings with town/city policies in hand that are against the LAW, and right then and there, give them a 2 week notice to remove them or be sued. Not up for debate or discussion. Highlight them explaining why they’re in violation of the constitution, and that’s it! Warning is on record at the meeting so any further attempt to keep those unconstitutional policies opens them up to lawsuits where they can’t say they didn’t know.

Polite violators are still violators… It does NOT matter how polite law enforcement officials are towards you when they’re violating your civil rights, it does NOT make it less offensive. The fact that they’re not using excessive force does NOT make it ok. Although those that get aggressive and physical as they exert power to gain control are comfortable in the fact that the “Blue Wall of Silence” will protect them from accountability. Remember, a gun and badge does NOT grant law enforcement officials extra rights that give them a higher class of citizenship. It is time for law enforcement officials to abide by their oath to the U. S. Constitution and enforce laws not policies and feelings. Also, it is time for them to hold each other accountable to “We the People” as they perform their duties.
Signed sworn oaths should be a part of every public records request. Some agencies have been found to employ people before swearing in, not swearing in and even a disbarred judge/sheriff's father doing the swearing in.
My city tried this very thing a few months ago. They had people sign in to enter city hall to take care of water bills or anything else. People were putting fake names down so the council made an ordinance to have everyone show ID from now on. They were bombarded with messages about our Fourth Amendment right to address our government without showing ID It worked, they had legal look at it.
That is great! Also surprising that most people would stand up against it. Seems like most people don’t recognize when their rights are being violated.

They treat every citizen as though suspect until the citizen can prove otherwise, and even that is temporary. They are afraid of citizens and have put in place defense necessary to protect themselves from them. With the ID they gather and police force they control, they can run background checks, know what car a person is driving, and commence actions against a person without ever going to a court for a warrant or other means. (The police are not going to doubt articulated suspicion from officials at the Mayor's office, because they work for them.) Citizens who want public service in that building are forced to submit. That setup is a police state by definition.
the guard changes his story from "give me your ID and we'll let you in" to "it's by appointment only" in a split second. and then again changes from "employees only" to "people who are already checked in"... they lie and they don't care how much they lie, as long as you comply. "They lie until you comply"

That mentality never went away. It has been cultivated and has gone viral since then. First came the great pandemic, then came the great feardemic. The more widespread a mass sense of anxiety becomes, the more the average person will crave power and desire to dominate others, even in petty ways.
This is the way to conduct a 1st/4th amendment audit. Calmly and respectfully. And the law-enforcement officials and the administrator you spoke with also conducted themselves very professionally. In Poland where his grandparents might have came from not having the correct ID would get you a ride in a boxcar to a place where people who were "just doing their job " would grade you according to " policy " . Anybody wishing to keep your Constitutional rights and your right to privacy needs to extensively research and push back against Axon Enterprises Inc. If your public servants have a contracted service with them or any surveillance contractor, do a FOIA request for a copy of the contract and thoroughly read it to ensure you are in agreement with the terms. Any service our public servants have contracted in the course of the position they hold is contracted with We The People as well. We have the right to transparency and negotiation of the terms. You have the right to contact Axon directly and receive answers directly from them. If they don’t comply, they may be in violation of consumer protection laws and you need to contact the Arizona Attorney General consumer complaint department.

My experience with them is that they have allowed the Indiana State Police to misappropriate their company to violate the FOIA laws for requests that I submitted. After researching them, I'm attempting to FOIA request a copy of the contract we have with them. I don't have much confidence I will receive it easily.

I guess it's somewhat of a win that they don't have Marines, Navy Seals or Army rangers holding guns on you as you walk into a public city hall. Anybody wishing to keep your Constitutional rights and your right to privacy needs to extensively research and push back against Axon Enterprises Inc. If your public servants have a contracted service with them or any surveillance contractor, do a FOIA request for a copy of the contract and thoroughly read it to ensure you are in agreement with the terms. Any service our public servants have contracted in the course of the position they hold is contracted with We The People as well.
We have the right to transparency and negotiation of the terms. You have the right to contact Axon directly and receive answers directly from them. If they don’t comply, they may be in violation of consumer protection laws and you need to contact the Arizona Attorney General consumer complaint department.

My experience with them is that they have allowed the Indiana State Police to misappropriate their company to violate the FOIA laws for requests that I submitted. After researching them, I'm attempting to FOIA request a copy of the contract we have with them. I don't have much confidence I will receive it easily.
