Where they were just firing blindly into the smoke. That seemed like a movie. So much squandered potential. They need to make this game mode free.
@TayDeezy 408 its mostly EA. Dices has the capability to make good games. Just with battlefiled V there developers pulled a SJW and focused on other things instead of improving the game. But they did do a good job on BF2 which is now a great game.

Firestorm is good, but I hate the teamers. Idk how it works, but one game, I was actually doing really good. I called in a supply drop because I was low on health, and oh! What’s that in the distance!? It was 8 people, all teaming. Every single one had the Norman skin. I just accepted my fate.

This is a good idea although I assume a ton of people dont even have a sawtooth knife unlocked with how hard melee weapons are to get in BF1. Also the Ottoman Kiljj sword is impossible to get, even after renting a turning tides server to boost with people.

I think the main issue with Firestorm was the fact they removed duo's. Personally I've NEVER had a full squad of friends to play battlefield with it was always 2-3 including myself max and lets be honest a lot of people hate playing with randoms. It was also clunky and felt kind of like CoD Blackout in terms of navigating through your inventory, dropping items, etc. It had potential but I personally think it was rushed because EVERY game nowadays needs to have a battle royal mode and to me that takes away from what could be good, new, refreshing content in the main part of the game. P.S im pissed they removed Rush from BF5.... It was my favorite gamemode since BFBC2. The rush (no pun intended) you'd get when you'd run onto the objective under a storm of bullets just to get the plant off was always fun to me mixed in with the fact I had a good friend playing with me made it that much better. It felt like a good squad could get 1 rush objective on their own meanwhile Conquest is very team heavy and if majority of your team is running recon then odds are you're gonna lose.

This game mode had soooooo much potential. If they took this out of battlefield V and made it its own standalone battle royale and made it free, this game can easily combat warzone.
