With expedition looking for survivors, you'll need an extra hothouse infirmary and housing.
With one automation free, maybe build them until you can do more large depos?
Insulation and heaters gonna be important.
Figure out all heaters maxed, same for steam hubs, and overdrive cycling of main generator.
Then the needed coal and food for duration of storm.
