Serious ancestry analysis should include as many reference populations to compare with as possible and as many people as possible within each group. If the algorithm only have 4 groups to compare with at a very bad resolution (i.e., European, Asian, African, Native American) than he will assign someone who is 100% Middle Eastern as 100% European in some cases because other reference groups fall even further.
