Hi, just curious, usually people add dark soy sauce for color during marination, while u add it near the end, is there any difference in terms of flavor & result between those 2 methods?
Hi Marziah. You can look for halal certified black vinegar. Kung Pao sauce is slightly sweet, sour and peppery. If you can’t get black vinegar, you can use apple cider vinegar too. Happy cooking!
