    Thank you. I cook this for my grandparents. It's hard to find dishes that suits their taste even when we think it's delicious because they're getting picky with food (both over 80). They really like this one. I'll try to cook dishes from your other videos :)

    Love the recipe, just made it,but added roasted and crushed Sichuan pepper as well.

      Yes you can. You don’t need to get this brand. Chinese black vinegar is fine.

    Is the black vinager halal? Or can I skip using it?

      Hi Marziah. You can look for halal certified black vinegar. Kung Pao sauce is slightly sweet, sour and peppery. If you can’t get black vinegar, you can use apple cider vinegar too. Happy cooking!
