Isn’t Barry due for a huge promotion yet? I’m sure he should be the Director of the CSI division soon. And lol it’s funny but he’s definitely a multi millionaire if he has any understanding on how stock exchanges works. Considering he owned a luxury house, probably some cars, Star labs as a company, had disability checks coming in and then got whatever his dad had in his will. By season 3 he would’ve been at least somewhere in the 10 Millionaire club. Now I wouldn’t understand why he didn’t buy a house instead of that nice loft but 🤷🏾♂️.

When I saw that episode I thought he was gonna have a wealthy lifestyle but then I understood that he was gonna use those resources for fighting evil. And think about this Barry could take on many jobs to pay for things. We only get one hour of his life a week. He could take on small jobs make a lot of extra money with his extreme speed and all.

They didn't go to court for framing because judge only knows Devoe is kidnapped and left in Barry's house by unknown framer(Ralph as Devoe's shape lied to judge of course). Literally I was thinking this while rewatching today
Aside from the assets thing (which makes a lot of sense now that I think about it) There would be the question of powering up the damn thing, perhaps the team turned Barry into some sort of power generator, I mean, the guy can throw lightning whenever he wants and, knowing Cisco, he could have very well created a sort of giant battery which Barry recharges with Lightnings every now and then.
As for Cisco’s and Caitlin’s income: Cisco has created (and I would presume, patented) a shit ton of stuff like the grapple thing we saw in season 2 or the anti-meta-powers thingy we see in Iron Heights, plus he was the meta consultant for CCPD (he seemed to love the badge) so he’s set.
Caitlin is a Doctor so she may have some form of income in medical centers or something.
Iris was a journalist, although I am wondering how (and IF) she is making money now, being a blogger and all.
And let's not forget that he also has a l lot of money as a CSI because we know that he doesn't have a car so he doesn't have to pay for gas. And i looked it up in 1
