    Shaukeen bhai, maza aa gaya, your process of making wines has been improved drastically.
    Only one thing I would like to mention, that using boiling water to clean plastic bottles is not recommended, instead of that you may use Starsan or any other food grade sanatizer, available in market.
    I would like to have a sip with you one day. :)

    In fermentation process can I add sugar in the wine.

      First of all happy Diwali to you too.
      Yes u can add sugar inbetween fermentation process but before adding take some water boil it and add required amount of sugar, cool it down and now add this sugar syrup to the wine.

      Acchi wine ya beer banane ke liye temperature 22 degree se 30 degree ke bich mein rahe to jyada achcha hai.
      22 se 30 degree per wine aur bear kafi acchi banti hai samay ki chinta karne ki jarurat mat kijiye acchi banane ke bare mein sochiye.

    अधिकतर लोग कांच के जार में या चीनी मिट्टी के जार में बनाते हैं आपने प्लास्टिक में बनाया क्यों? और दूसरी बात पीते समय इस में पानी नहीं मिलाना है क्या गिलास में? वैसे आपका बनाने का तरीका बहुत ही सरल और आसान है , और बहुत ही शानदार बनी है देखने पर लग रही है और यदि बढिया बन गई तो आपको बहुत-बहुत धन्यवाद ।। 😄😄🙏👌

      प्लास्टिक में बनानी हैं तो जार फूड ग्रेड का होना चाहिए। वायनरी में बड़े बड़े स्टिल के टैंक में बनती हैं वाइन। इतने बड़े शीशे के कंटेनर कहा से लायेगे।
      यहां यूट्यूब पर एक दूसरे की चैनल पर वीडियो देख कर अपना चैनल बना लिया हैं लोगोने।
      आप बनाए अच्छी ही बनेगी।

      Wine company 9 se 14% alchole rakhti hein.
      Whiskey mein paani ya soda or ice cube milaye jaati hein kyo ki whiskey mein alchole % adhik hoti hein 48.3%

      No fire testing is done in wine and beer, when wine gets clear that means your wine is ready to drink, same with beer

      Bina clean Hui wine ko agar aap pienge to test bahut hi bakwas aaega aur dusra yeast aapke pait mein Chali jayegi jiski vajah se Sine mein ya sir mai ya fir pait mai jabardast dard ho sakta hai. Ulti bhi aa sakti hai.

    Boil that liquid and use the distilled liquid for consumption,it may contain bacteria so boiling distillation must be done before consumption

    Dear Sir, I need your kind advice. I had mixed everything to make mix fruits wine. Next day I had to go out of city in a emergency. I came back after one week and by that time I completely forgot the wine. Now it is three months that lying as it was. I want to ask can I still proceed to strain and filter. Is it still consumable? Pls advice. Thanks and regards

      By now your wine should be clear and ready with all the fruit settled at the bottom of the fermenter. Make sure there is no white layer on top of your wine.
      Take out the wine from above and taste it. If it's not sour, it means the wine is drinkable.
      First siphon the upper wine with the help of siphon pipe without disrupting the settled fruit in the bottom after that filter rest of the wine in another sterilized container that will take few days to get clean itself.

    Ravinder bhai maine mix fruit juice banayi fruit pulp se but 3rd day uski smell kafi alcohilc si ho gayi to maine discard kar diya. Maine use dark place me rakha tha but temperature 39 degree ho gaya tha..kya ye wajah ho sakti hai wine ki smell itni harsh hone ki??

      Isse pehle maine apple juice se banayi..thodi khatti hai but still tastes good aur koi faulty smell bhi nahi hai. ABV is 7%. Wine khatti hone ka kya reason ho sakta hai??🤔

Apple juice ka secondary fermentation (2 weeks complete) hone wale hain, thoda taste kiya thodi khatti hai aur meethi bhi to aur wait karna hoga bottling ke liye ya phir 2 weeks puri hone pe bottling kar dena hai bhai? Kripya batayen

      Use Gelatin...... Take quater cup of hot water add 1 and half teaspoon gelatin mix it wll and add to wine mix it generally.

      5 - 5 litre k alag alag jar main nikal kar rakheye jis jar ko bhi kholo usse 5-6 din main khat kar k nipta do.
      Bandh jar ko lambay samay tak rakh sakte ho.

      Methanol wine mai nahi bhi fruits mai he paya jata hai ... Kisi fruit mai kam hota hai or kuch fruits mai jyada lakin fir bhi methanol ki matra itni Kum hote hai ki hamare sharir ke liye nuksan de nahin hota.
      Beer or wine mai bhi fruits se hi thoda bhaut methanol aata hai jo ki kafi kam matra mein hota hai.

    मैने मिक्स fruit की wine बनाई है water केन में ,दो महीने से ज्यादा हो गया है,काम clear हुई हैं, strong नही बनी और थोड़ी बेड स्मेल भी आ रही हैं, क्या करू pls बताए 🙏

      वाइन को आप कीटाणु रहित करके साफ सुथरे तरीके से वाइन यीस्ट से बनाएंगे तो दिक्कत नही आयेगी।

      I think u should upgrade ur knowledge distribution or distilled beverage are totally banned..... But in those sites where alcohol is not banned we can brew beers and wine's in small quantity,14 to 19 ltr according to state rules.... But just for personal use only not for commercial purpose.
      And i got ur point too .... Nothing like that as ur thinking that's happens in distillation process not in making beer or wine. I hope u got the answer

      Dilip ji real fruit juice health nahi hoga aap fresh fruit juice le sakte hein .... Jitna marzi juice lejeye ....chaho to pani or sugar avoid kr sakte agar fruit metha ho to .... Ahar paani add krna hein to jitna paani add kre uss hesaab se 200 sugar pr ltr k hesaab se add krdejeye ga.
      Real fruit juce se banao to jitna marzi juice le lejeye paani or sugar avoid kr sakte hein
