First of all happy Diwali to you too. Yes u can add sugar inbetween fermentation process but before adding take some water boil it and add required amount of sugar, cool it down and now add this sugar syrup to the wine.

By now your wine should be clear and ready with all the fruit settled at the bottom of the fermenter. Make sure there is no white layer on top of your wine. Take out the wine from above and taste it. If it's not sour, it means the wine is drinkable. First siphon the upper wine with the help of siphon pipe without disrupting the settled fruit in the bottom after that filter rest of the wine in another sterilized container that will take few days to get clean itself.

I think u should upgrade ur knowledge distribution or distilled beverage are totally banned..... But in those sites where alcohol is not banned we can brew beers and wine's in small quantity,14 to 19 ltr according to state rules.... But just for personal use only not for commercial purpose. I think u should upgrade ur knowledge distribution or distilled beverage are totally banned..... But in those sites where alcohol is not banned we can brew beers and wine's in small quantity,14 to 19 ltr according to state rules.... But just for personal use only not for commercial purpose.
And i got ur point too .... Nothing like that as ur thinking that's happens in distillation process not in making beer or wine. I hope u got the answer
