It definitely seems like it would be an ideal place for those that like a small town vibe with an excellent assortment of parks. Thanks for watching Aaron!
Great video. I live in Inverness with my family and my parents have a home there also by the lake. The Depot building is new and it is used for events and farmers markets.
Thank you Frank! It’s definitely a great area and we assumed it had to be used for something like that. Looking forward to heading back soon. Thanks for watching!
I think its the wrong idea to make these charming small towns known, before you know it, everyone will try to move there. Especially in desirable states like Florida where the population is increasing..
I totally agree. Once the masses are educated everyone will move there causing prices and congestion to increase. If you find paradise why advertise it? Let people do their own home work.
Nicely done. Definitely will have to visit on our next Disney trip. We like finding "off property" stuff to do as well! Small Town life is awesome. Keep up the great content! New Sub.
Thank you so much for taking time to watch and subscribing! Appreciate the feedback and we will keep heading to other “off property” sites in the future!
@@GreatBigBeautifulTODAY one of the places that we really enjoyed "off property" was the Showcase of Citrus. We really liked the Monster Truck tour, and the treats. (We love to eat 😎) We spent a great deal of time there, and had a blast!
Nice job. Didn't know about the brewery. Here's a link to a drone video shot in 7 takes and stitched together into one video showing Henderson Lake that you reference in your video: ua-cam.com/video/OAIcLRuVJks/v-deo.html
Thanks for the comment! A great spot for a day trip along with the surrounding areas - great coffee and nature walks. Also we didn’t mention it but there is a museum in the court house. Thanks for watching our video!
Nice virtual walk. Thanks.
The big, open Depot is for events and farmer's markets on Saturdays. There seems to always be some event at Liberty park or the Depot.
The trail did use to be a train track. You were right.
Thanks for showing us the town-and enjoyed seeing the coffee flight ☕️
I bought a place there in 2017. I love Inverness Florida and I had a front license plate stating that!
That’s awesome! Such a great town. Thanks for watching!
Kicking the idea around of buying property there. Would love some advice
I live in Inverness, Scotland. Hoping to visit this Inverness tomorrow lol
A beautiful place to raise a family

Literal hell on Earth. The best decision I ever made, was to move out of Citrus county. As a matter of fact, you can throw the whole state away 😂
Ok, I'll bite, why was this a bad experience?
@@chamakaaa36 Troll. He's gone now - back under his little bridge. Probably a drunk driver with too many run-ins with the cops.

Floridiots are so nasty now! They are not even born in the state...hard to believe that people are moving out of the weird swampland...👺
Oh why is that?
How far is Invernes from shopping, Hospital and places? Is a good place to live??
I was at a cattle dogs in hernando, I love it so much, I'm from pennsylvania and this is a great stop
That’s awesome to hear! This is the only location we’ve been to so far but would definitely stop at the others. Thanks for watching!
Where in pa? I use to live in Lancaster county. I now live in Inverness Florida and I love it I've been here for 6 years now
@@mwlangley78 I live near Pittsburgh but I cannot handle florida, that weather is not for me
@@KrispDawgSwizzle I am sorry to hear that it's too hot for you. When I get too hot I go to the lake.
@@mwlangley78 yeah I was at crystal river when I was down there. But i will say i need my PA snow
I bring my own coffee beans, grinder and coffee pot when I travel. I stayed at Inverness for 2 weeks last March.
That’s definitely a good idea too! Cattle Dog has a great bean selection to bring with you as well. Hope you make it back sometime!

Yes definitely a place on our list to see!
Thanks for sharing some non Disney forms of entertainment. I might have to add some of these stops to my bucket list
Thanks! It’s always tough to not make a free day a trip to Disney but Florida has so much to offer.
Checked out Liberty Park. Might be the inline skates next time and skate part of the Withlacoochee State Trail.
Oh, very good advice - we will check it out! Thanks for the advice and watching!
What a quaint little town. Looks very nice. And lots of history. That’s very cool. Coffee flight is epic, yes more places should do that.
It’s definitely a nice little place to visit within the area - and need more coffee flights for sure! Thanks for watching!!
