Inverness is a wonderful place to live. My wife and I moved here about 7 years ago from Naples Florida simply because we couldn’t afford to live there anymore and it was getting way too busy for our liking. The cost of living is reasonable unlike areas like Hallandale Beach or any coastal town. We dont have high taxes, high insurance or crazy HOA’s like Florida gets a bad rep for. You can find a nice 1500 sq/ft home in the low to mid 200’s. Taxes are about 1200 a year and insurance about 1600 year. There is a plethora of great restaurants and nearby destinations like Crystal River, Homosassa, Weeki Wachee and Cedar key just to name a few. Inverness is also a great place for car enthusiasts as they have car show down town on a monthly basis, The park has monthly events as well. Great place to visit or live.

The McCloud house restaurant is Oscar Penns and is truly a gem serving 5 star food and is currently open.,
I still prefer Hallandale Beach Florida more it’s a beautiful city with a growing communities and businesses and a good nightlife.🫡🇺🇸❤
