I made the brownies today since my daughter's love them.I wanted to make something special for them for woman's day tomorrow..it turned out delicious.Gooey on the inside and crisp on the outside.i used powdered sugar instead of regular sugar and it turned out just Amazing.. thank you Hebbers kitchen for this full proof and easy to follow recipe.God bless.
Just ate my first slice, and I have to say: it's delicious! It came out a little bit crumbly, like other said, but nothing to worry about. After seeing the comments about needing to grind the sugar, I preferred to mix it (half brown, half white sugar) with the melted butter. Then I combined with the chocolate. I also added a teaspoon of instant coffee. I guess it's a lot of sugar for a recipe, but for me it worked fine, coz I used a cacao paste I made from scratch, and it's quite bitter. Mine didn't turn out as fudgy as other brownies I've made before, but I had no eggs at home, so I'm not mad at all! I've got a pretty big and moist chocolate cake in the end. Thank you for the recipe!

Written recipe : 200 gm chocolate and 3/4 th cup butter melted together 1 cup sugar Vanilla extract 1 /4 cup yogurt 1 1.2 cups flour (I used wheat ) One tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp of baking soda 1/4 and a little bit of milk The above recipe is not the same measurements as hebbars.but u guys can also use this I used the same one and it turned out to be AMAZING!!

@@deepikamadan6834 I did apply oil/butter for greasing to butter paper and then poured the batter. It will easily come out without a mess. Make sure you pre grease before preparing the batter.
This is a good recipe but 1 cup sugar is around 200 gram and not 245 grams .....I put 245 gram and it messed up the whole brownie. Tried again with 200 gram and it came out perfect. Please use 200 gram if your only following the metrics. Everything else was perfect, thank you for the recipe😁😁
I love brownies, but never found an eggless recipe for it. When You upload, I just blindly follow it. I made them today, it turned out so crunchy on the outside and chewy inside! Dear sugar quantity is just fine even if u use 54 to 60 percent dark chocolate. Or if u need less sugar u can reduce 50grams sugar off 200grams n can take 150gms.

Just skip the milk part...Brownies are supposed to be Fudgy and gooey.. If you are not adding eggs then add Condensed milk and all the other ingredients..that's it!

After adding milk it got more liquidity where as your batter was little thick. What can be reason behind having a batter of flowing consistency?
For everyone saying it's under bakrd at the centre, we can see that even in the brownies depicted in the video above, the middle layer still looks a bit chocolatey, and not completely baked

10 minutes medium flame for preheat and 25 minutes low flame for baking

Adding sugar taking long time to dissolve so I ended up grinding it, better to use powdered sugar

@Sharu's Creative World make sure to grease the mould with butter to avoid sticking and line butter paper at bottom of the tray.

Dear Preet cake mould in brownies is mostly 8inch square pan. If u used unsalted butter tastes better. U can use Amul's Unsalted butter.
Whenever I baked cakes in cooker or pan....I looks and tastes so good ...but it tastes a little different then the one baked in oven

The butter is more(140 gms) as to flour(215 gms). The butter was leaking everywhere after the brownies came out of the pan.
