Sunday to Wednesday, no farqing around, Tims a doer not a gonna! Legend!
100% ... we don't fluff around !!
Glad u enjoyed…. I try to be a doer 😊…. Life’s too short
I'm still watching it. I just had to say that I am laughing so hard that I'm crying.
Edit: I've finished now. Thank you for sharing this journey with me. I have loved Timmy and inner 'can-do' action-man, as well as you with your pure joy. Absolutely LUV'D IT! 🌴
Haha I love that !! Nothing better than a good laugh :D
I had to stop halfway through because dinner guests arrived, neat transformation though! Love stuff like this! Especially using cuttings, I love doing that for my friends too!
I’m crying too, and I’m only at the “wrecking ball” part 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 this has brightened my day immensely 🥰🥰🥰🤣🤣🤣
@@janmariebaldwin1415 That’s the same point where I found myself crying with joy. Jan is hysterical.
@@turbocat1984 So happy for you that you got to enjoy friends visiting AND you still have the other half of the video to watch the next day! 🌴
Timmy has been a consistently hardworking friend every time you’ve had a big move; what a wonderful partnership you have to be able to help each other so much 💚💚💚💚
Everybody needs a Timmy in their life ☺️
Very kind of you thank you
@@TimS185 where can we get more of Timmy 😅
Fabulous result! I love how Tim talks about something and next day it’s done. 🌴
No fluffing around!! Thanks :)
Love Tim!
Can’t wait to see his garden in Spring/ Summer!
It’s so nice to have a plant friend whom you can share the passion with!
Sharing is caring :)
So nice to see the evolution of a garden, hope you show it again in a few months
Fun to see you have friends that share your passion
Thanks :) will definitely film updates :)
Tim's place looks absolutely stunning! The placement of everything flows so naturally, brilliantly done ✨🙌
Thank you :) we might not know what we're doing most of the time but we've got good taste :D haha
🌴Love the transformation!! I purchased a 1 ft palm tree for $36 that was scraggly and yellow because I refused to pay hundreds for an established one. Now, several years later, it's huge and thriving. So yes, "trust the process"!!
That’s the spirit :) thanks !!
🌴Love that I could come along on Timmy’s garden journey! Teamwork and friendship-such a joy to watch and learn.
Thank you:)
🌴Very enjoyable - as always - and Tim's yard is looking good - but please consider the invasive root system of the ficus elastica. For this little garden it really should be kept in a pot. It will still grow quite tall in a pot. Once their roots get into the soil they will grow super fast and can reach 40 to 50 metres tall - their roots invade sewerage and water pipes - destroy fences, house foundations, roads etc. Please dig it up and put it in a pot.
Will do :)
Good suggestion. Pretty plant but devastating if planted in the garden. I would also make certain that there is not a hole at the bottom of the pot or use a saucer because of the roots.
Wow, it was so fun to watch Tim’s yard transform 💕 It turned out beautifully 😀🇨🇦🌴🌴🌴
Thanks:)
Fabulous. This was so entertaining and full of great ideas. Really love the back fence, you have chosen a great colour as a backdrop for all those lovely plants. It will be truly stunning once they are all established 💚
Thanks :)
This was super fun to watch! You guys seem to have so much fun together! My favorite part was when you said you had suggestions for improvements for Timmy's inside plants, and he said, "Who would have thought?" Your banter is so fun to watch. The garden is stunning, and I can't wait to see the growth over the next growing season! 🌴
Haha we make a great team & don’t sugarcoat things 😅 thanks !:)
the fence color was amazing!!! the green against the black when the sun hits the green is so dreamy!
yes !! love green on black/charcoal :)
Phew! We need a bloopers reel from this one. I'm laughing at you both as well as being amazed over the support and help you give to one another🫂. What a wonderful journey that you both have taken us on. Lovin' the fence color. I look forward to updates to see how the plants have settled in🪴🌿🌅🌻🌳
I just kept most of the bloopers in already 🤭🤭 thank you so much :)
That was so much fun & it looks bloody fantastic !! Love your method of action, no mucking around 👏👏👏 Looking forward to any updates you do & how “trusting the process” all works out. Thanks guys 🤗🥰🤗 🌴
Will definitely give updates :) thanks :)
What a transformation. How wonderful. Lovely friends creating something beautiful together. ❤
Thanks:)
I'm totally like Tim when he wants to use the sledgehammer. Jan is just going to town and Tim's like, "I wanna do some!"
Haha I needed that energy release that morning … was clearly a bit crazy hahaha
Ofc i bought the hammer for just that purpose 😂
Ooooooh! Planter box ABOVE the concertina kitchen windows!
could look really good !!
Very enjoyable to watch this transformation and can’t wait for an update after the plants have some time to establish
Thanks :)
Very fun video! Looking forward to seeing how it develops. Thank you for all the entertaining and educational content you share with us! 🌴🌴🌴
Thank you:)
🌴 love the transformation of the garden. Lovely place to relax 🧉
Thanks :)
Wish I had a planty friend to help with my outdoor garden. Truly you guys have inspired me to grow outdoors and finally put some plants in the ground. It’s just now spring here in Missouri and I’ve been skeptical about planting in the ground especially since I’m renting. I’m going to get started before summer hits so I’ll have some good growth. Thanks for sharing guys. Beautiful garden.
Thank you:)! Happy growing :)!
I love the optimism in Jan's voice... "in four years" 🤣 Nice colors; wonderful garden layout; everything appears to work seamlessly. Wow! Lots of hard work in making this beautiful and relaxing garden. I love the bargain plant and the rescued from the side road plant. I am looking forward to the future update of Tim's garden. I need to find someone who could help me make my garden that beautiful. 😂 🌴🏝
Thank you :)
Always nice to see you doing videos with Tim. Hopefully most of the plants survive. 🌴
🤞🤞 thank you:)
Tim and you are such a great plant team. I wish I had a friend who shares my plant hobby with me.😺
In addition, Tim has a very good taste. I think your plan to design the garden is awesome😻🪴
Thanks :)
WOW looks sooooooo amazing can't wait for follow up video later when it takes OFF 💚🌿💚😻
Cannot wait for spring !! :) thanks
Great Job ! That was no easy task having to haul bulk topsoil / compost through the front door into the back garden !! 🌴🌴🌴 Can't wait to see how the garden matures .👍👍👍
Thank you:)
I absolutely love Tim's Garden! It was so funny and exciting to watch you. My favorite scene is the one in which Jan breaks the wall while singing😂😂
I would pay you immediately to design my garden like this🌴🌴
Haha we had so much fun!! Thank you:)!
Would love to see Timmys garden in spring. You two are a great team and I really enjoyed follow the process:
🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴
Thank you:))
🌴🌴🌴🌴 This was so much fun to watch! What a beautiful space to sit and have a cocktail with friends. Thanks, Tim and Jan for sharing all of your hard work with us.
Thanks :)!
Absolutely amazing! Couldn't imagine this transformation when you started. Pls pls show us how this garden evolves. Also loved the pond destruction bit, didn't imagine that humour could be incorporated in a transformation video! :)
Hehe thank you:)
🌴 this was so much fun to watch! Also , the transformation is so good. Love it. Trust the process!
Thank you:)
I LOVE A GOOD TRANSFORMATION! So fun to see your friendship more 🤗🌴
Thank you:)
🌴 ❤ I can’t wait too see how this evolves! I’ve learned so much from your channel. I recommend it to all my planty friends. Thank you!!!
That’s so nice to hear :) thank you!:)
I always love to see Tim in your videos 🌴
Thanks :)
It's always nice to see the progress updates within the same video, when you do this kind of stuff absolutely awsome transformation 🌴🌴🌴
Thank you:)
Tim’s yard looks amazing. 🌴
Thank you:)
🌴🌿 It turned out amazing! ! I was worried at first after the trees were removed 🫣 but the fence really looks great 👍. Everything came together perfectly. I’m excited for Tim to see his new plants fill in. You’re such good friends to help each other out, fun to watch. Thanks
A good garden needs time to grow in but with the trees gone, we gave it some space to breathe :)
Great job guys, looks absolutely fabulous! Will be watching for future growth and establishment update videos. Now to sit back and enjoy the new outdoor area. 🌴🏝🌴🏝🌴🏝🌴🏝🌴🏝
Thank you:)
Tim's backyard is awesome! It's a fabulous canvas, like an extended living space with those wide windows and doors! Now he needs a nice kitty to help him supervise his plant and garden care 😸
He just adopted a little puppy 🥰
@@sydneyplantguy yay! 🐶🐶🐶
Awesome landscaping done
🌴 🌴 🌴 🌴 🌴 🌴 🌴 🌴
Thanks :)
This was great to watch and see the progress and not wait for another video to see the before and after. . Thank you for editing all the days into one video!
You’re welcome :)
So many good choices.
You don’t have to call me SPG, call me Sydney Plant Guy 😂
Thanks for putting in the work and sharing the journey 🌴
Thank you:)
Sitting here in Minnesota USA with 12" of snow on the ground and I'm so jealous! I have to dig up all of my tropicals every Autumn and overwinter them in the house. Spring is coming soon & it's time to get a jump start by potting up canna rhizomes and colocasia bulbs. This video was so inspirational and makes me excited to move my 100+ plants back outside & get started on new projects. Love how Timmy's garden turned out! ❤🌴
Love the effort!!! Good on you! Thanks :)
This was so entertaining.
Thanks :)
🏝️ Guys, this was an amazing display of synergy!!! Yes, I enjoyed the whole video from beginning to the end.
Jan, what I really like is that you never keep us in limbo, we appreciate your hard work so we don’t have to patiently wait for the grand finale 😎.
The missing link……Bret, just kidding. Good job you two!!!💚💚 TFS
Thank you :)
Looks fantastic! Can’t wait to see it next year, thanks for sharing Tims garden journey with us! Now he needs a cat! 🌴
Thank you:) he just got a puppy!!
Glad you kept the birds nest fern! I commented about it on an earlier video, still jealous 😂
It’s so pretty 🥰
🌴 this was a great video. Loved watching the transformation and Tim’s use of feet for measuring 😄 🇺🇸
Haha! Thanks :)
Timmy is such a chill guy, love how he's trusting you with the vision ❤
PS. How's the stick doing? 😂
Still a stick 🫣🤭 it was definitely a joint vision :)
I was laughing so hard when take the streets with your load of plants😊. What a transformation 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🌴
Thank you:)
Touch the soil with your finger to see when it needs to be watered. The outdoor garden doesn’t need to be on a schedule. Wow Tim’s drawing are really good, I wish he could do the drawings for my backyard plans. It’s so hard to find good reliable help. I could see a plant growing up one of those nice plam trees in his backyard. Nice transformation, makes me want to put effort into my backyard. It’s true what Yan says about trusting the process. I have some outdoor beds where I planted flowers from seeds and putting transplants and they looked sad the first year but year 2-3 and now it’s thriving.🌴
Great job, Jan & Timmy! Love the light & dark gray color scheme. 😍🌴🌴🌴
Thanks :)
🌴I enjoyed the beginning-to-end view in one video, and I like seeing people put their minds and their backs to a project without endless wasted time and procrastination. Nicely done!
We’re doers for sure :) thank you:)
What amazing transformation loved it and also laughed and laughed your friendship is the very best 😊
Thank you so much :)
I live in the tropics and the transformation on Tim’s place is impressive! He has a wonderful space now 😊
Thanks :)
Not my garden, but I would love to eventually see some nice orchids with large clusters of blooms mounted on those palms 🤩🤩
Great show, thanks Timmy for showing us your lovely garden. You two are so funny😂🌴🌴
Thank you:)
That looks awesome. What a transformation, so much more an enjoyable space. Look forward to seeing updates as well as what the future projects may be. Congrats to your friend on his new back yard- great work together.
Thanks so much!:)
🌴🏝️ me and my husband love your videos. Such and amazing team and great yard work
Thank you :)
🌴I laughed so much at your silly antics. The final result in the garden is wonderful and inspiring.
Thank you:)
I thoroughly enjoyed this 😊 I loved the way Tim’s garden turned out 🌴
Thank you:)
Beautiful transformation!💖 can't wait for the plants to be established and grow lush!😍😍😍
Me too! But gotta wait for next spring hehe:) thanks :)
🌴 the garden looks so much different and better. Some of the plants may die off, but that happens even when you have professionals bring in established plants, so I wouldn't sweat it. You've chosen the right time of year where the plants will be the least stressed and can focus on establishing. Will be interested for a spring update.
Thank you :) there’ll definitely be updates :)
🌴 Great transformation, and such fun to hang out with you guys! You had me LOLing with the sledgehammer and sunglasses. You could 100% have another side hustle designing with plants, indoors and outdoors!
Thank you :)
🌴🌴🌴 I’ve been so excited about this episode, I woke up and saw you had uploaded it and had to watch it before work. That is a lot of hard work, you guys did amazing. Thank you Tim for allowing us to see your space transformation. 🌴🌴🌴
Thanks :)
🌴🌴🌴 so beautiful transformation, have fun 🍸🍹🥃 in this amazing little garden 😁
Thanks :)
Great job, Jan and Timmy! It looks fantastic!
Thanks :)
This was so fun to watch!!! 🌴What a wonderful journey to see Tim’s backyard coming together, especially with your help and plant babies and props. Your relationship totally reminds me of me and my besties… like all the time, lol.
Thank you:)))
Great transformation, the best is yet to come. ❤
🌴 Amazing transformation guys. Love the colors of the fence and deck. Fits your design esthetic Timmy. With the comfy modern seating area. 🤩 As for watering 3 x a week should be good, 2x a day ; am and evening. Ease of in winter. Potted plants may need water everyday. Try setting them on drip irrigation.
Thank you :)
Love me some Tim! Thanks for the measurements in feet! Omg, I laughed so hard, so many times! Looks incredible! Nice job guys!
Thank you :)
Thank you for filming this. It was so fun to watch. I'm sad you are going into winter and I have to wait all summer (where I live) to see how the garden comes back in (your) spring! Looking forward to an update! Love from the northern hemisphere 🌴
Hehe your turn to have good weather :) thanks !
🌴 You both did a great job! Timmy's garden is looking amazing, can't wait to see it in spring!
Thank you:)
HEY SPG! Thanks for sharing your glorious garden transformation for Tim with us. So inspirational. Would love to see an update next growing season. 🌴
Thank you:)
I love the exercise from shoveling topsoil and mulch.
The best gym :)
You guys have given me so much inspiration for my own garden transformation this year💓
I might not be able to use the same plants, as I live in the UK. But even just clearing some existing shrubs, adding some decking and do something so simple as painting the fence, is going to make all the difference ☺🌴
Happy gardening :)
That's a bold move planting a rubber tree in the ground. They have invasive roots which can destroy house foundations, fencing, etc. when established. I'd be ripping the Tineke out and keeping it in a pot. It has lovely variegation. Can't believe someone just tossed it out as trash. Oh, the garden looks amazing, too! I'd spend many happy hours out there. Great job!
Thank you :) yeah we ended up potting it up instead :)
I loved the transformation and was so inspired. I also really enjoy your friendship. 🌴🌴🌴
Thank you:)
🌴 The results are amazing. How nice to have a friend who could supply you with so many wonderful plants. Can't wait to see the spring update.
Thanks :)
🏝️ Looking forward to seeing an update video after some time has passed! I thoroughly enjoyed watching all this come together after all these previews and your taking apart of your backyard plants 💚 What a great friend you are to be helping with all of this and also made for fun content as well 😊
Thank you:))
Loved all of the transformation. I’m sitting down to watch what was A LOT OF WORK! Thank you for sharing and I took notes for my back yard transformation coming up next month (in California’s central valley, i.e. HOT AND DRY).
Thank you:)!
🌴🌴It was fun watching all the changes and the end result. Would love to see updates of Timmy's garden 🌴🌴.
There’ll certainly be updates :) thank you!
All I can say is “wrecking ball”, I’m laughing so much I’m crying, I’m only a little way in to the video, but can’t stop laughing 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Thanks for brightening my Easter Friday morning 🥰🥰🥰
I have to admit I laughed so hard when I heard myself say ‘Miley Cyrus is a famius demolition lady’ hahaha!!
Absolutely enjoyed this video. So fun and playful.!❤❤
Thank you:)
🏝️ fancy beach one bc this was so great, thank you!! Everything is so beautiful! And I really took away “trust the process” which I needed to hear so much🤍
Thanks :)
🌴 absolutely LOVED this video. You and Tim crack me up lol 🤣 definitely a few laughs that I needed. Can't wait to see more videos of your team work!
Thank you:) we love making ppl laugh :) and we crack ourselves up in the process
That was a lot of fun to watch!🏝️
I’ve been sick in bed the last few days and watching your channel has helped pass the time in an educational enriching and enjoyable way 😊
Hello from California
Hope you’ll get better soon :) thank you!
@@sydneyplantguy aw thank you so much 💚
🌴🌴🌴 SO FUN! We will definitely need a spring update on the garden!
There’s one coming tmrw :) and definitely one in spring :)
🎍🎋🎄 it looks great! Hopefully you'll do an update when the plants are bigger! Thanks for sharing and happy growing 😊
Thank you :)
Loved the transformation of Tim's garden🌴 🏝️
Thanks:)
I definitely want to see an update to see how the plants have grown into the soil and adapted to the outdoor environment.
This was so fun to watch! Love the camaraderie between you and Timmy🌴🌴
Thank you:)
Wow!! I'm speechless. It has been a very long time since I've seen such a beautiful space come together. Timmy trusts you with his life. You all are funny, and I love the plant parenting. I can't wait to see how the newly found plants turn out lol. ❤❤❤❤❤ Beautiful space, Timmy. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you :)
Good morning thank you for Sharing beautiful outside plants lovely
Thanks for watching :)!
🌴Jan and Timmy, this was such an enjoyable video to watch. The transformation is awesome, I’m jealous. Thank you for sharing this makeover thoroughly enjoyed it.
Thank you :)
So cute Disney and Timmy wonderful job.
What a beautiful and amazing transformation. To not be afraid to change an existing 'good thing' to phenomenal. I'm so jealous of your weather as well! In the US, you can have a huge yard, but if you love tropical its a waste 75% of the year outside at least.
Thanks :)
This video is so FUN AND FUNNY AND I LOVE THAT TIMMY IS IN THE VIDEOS MORE ❤
Thank you:)
water is life as the saying goes , a nice pond feature always fit well in a garden , colocasia do damn well in them , semi hydro , free fertilizer from fish poo ... of course when you start a pond , all wild life somehow starts to come in
It was just in the wrong spot :P
