Nice video. Indeed this covers Mustang II, Pinto, bobcat, etc.. It also covers the rotor replacement procedure for every hot rod out there that has swapped Mustang II suspension, which includes many antiques, various GM vehicles, trucks, etc..

You are absolutely correct! My 66 Nova has the entire Mustang II front suspension. Thank you so much for watching.

Only would add, replace barrings since your there or at minimum repack with grease.

I can't believe that you reuse the bearings and seal on your new rotors.

Been working on cars since around 10 years of age. I have done this hundreds of times on many cars without any problems. I inspected them and the bearing were fine. Thanks for watching.

Great video, but don't ever blow the dust off like that. Old pads contain asbestos and you don't want to dust it up and breathe it.

Hi, I am not understanding your question. The video show pretty much everything.

I have a new caliper for a 78 and I didn’t think to remember where the caliper bracket was placed before taking apart the old caliper.

Did you figure it out? If not, I can send you multiple pictures or a short video on where to place it. I have five entire front ends sitting behind my house.

I think I got it. Does the brake pad touch the rotor? And some reference photos would be nice to be sure

👍 I was thinking about getting these rotors for my 78 when I was doing the brakes but I decided not to because every time I've gotten drilled rotors they always warp or crack and with modern brake pad material I don't see the need, I rather have more surface area without having hotspots. I see the benefit of having slotted rotors but the slot never seems to go to the end of the rotor giving the pad material an exit, it tends to just get built up in the slot. Thay look awesome though!👍

I got a great deal on this set and I've had lots of success with this type of setup. It add a little modern braking to an older system. As always, thank you so much for watching.
