This loop band demonstration is great, VanessaB! You've added some fantastic exercises here that may look easy but present a good challenge and really wake up those upper body muscles. I love the long bands but the short loop bands with their quick resistance and "grab & go" versatility add a nice dimension. You're innovation and vitality shine bright as usual!
