Happy birthday!! MV Agusta always has the most nicest designs. Every part on their bikes has so much style. Truly motorcycle art! Nice video btw. And good to see you more in front of the camera. Cheers!
Cheers mate! Hmmm I thought I’d try something different as I had three bikes to get through that day. But I think I prefer the voiceover vids myself as you get more time to prepare them and include more detail!

Does anyone actually buy this bike? Every review I see of the MV Agusta Turismo Veloce is a UA-camr on a dealer-provided machine for a short test ride. What's this bike like to own? Can you ride it for 10,000 km without that fancy auto clutch needing a tear down service? Can someone who's actually put down their own cash to buy one of these bikes please post an owner's review?
I don't know about the Turismo Veloce but the SCS will easily last a long time. I have had the same Rekluse RadiusX auto clutch on my KTM 1190 Adv. It worked flawlessly for over 30000 miles after which I had to replace the EXP disk. About an hour job, easily DIY, and around $350 for parts.
Should have let me know you were coming up my way, I would have popped down to say hello, maybe helped with some ride by/side by side on the move shots or something lol. Bury is just across the boarder into Suffolk about 45 miles from me. There was a motovlogger meet at Krazy horse just a month or so back, that I couldn't make for a few reasons.
Happy birthday dude! It's mine too in a couple of days but I've got an 11 year head start on ya 😭 Nice bike, I've liked the look of those for years. I'd always feel slightly worried about buying an MV though 😐
Stop being a fricking sheep and buy the things you like. I have a 2008 F4 312, a f3 800 and a Turismo Veloce and they have been perfect. The TV has at the moment 45 thousand miles and it’s my main mode of transport.
I would buy one if the seat wasn't over 32 inches tall. Why not make a touring version? They are for sale with huge discounts at most dealers because they have been setting on the show room floor sometimes for years?
I guess but DCT has full auto doesn't it? Whereas SCS you still use the shifter, just no need to use the clutch apart from smoothing changes out at lower revs
It struck me how noisy the video footage is. The screen does a decent job of keeping the wind off your chest, but at my height it deflects most of it onto your lid. Didn’t really notice it at the time tho so maybe it’s more noisy turbulence than an uncomfortable blast
@@motobob Yeah , and possibly strengthened my neck muscles. I don't guess it improved the clutch on my CB125R. Hope I didn't muck it up too much for whoever gets it next :)
Dare I say... it sounds better than a Triumph triple? Less engine noise, more exhaust. Although some folks love that whine from the Triumph motor which I can sympathise with.
Yup! Wouldn’t mind one for a bit longer. Might have to sort that out. I think a week of commuting as a test would be good to see how the smart clutch really performs in town
Why the shitty old style multistrada look...this is a big departure from "motorcycle art' and an imbrace of the big suck...bfi that's what is...bikes for idiots. What happened to the good old 1073RR Brutale philosophy?

Yes The Exp Plate Lasts From 7oookm Up To 15oookm . $15ooAud To Replace . That's About $100 For Every 1oookm . That's Not Very Smart .

At more than 20k euros I think very few people would buy a 800cc bike. Especially when you can buy a tracer 900 gt for 12,5k

As a Ducati Multistrada fan, I’m extremely curious on the Turismo Veloce.
Yes , I Unfortunately Own One & Its Twice As Expensive As A Ducati To Run Servicing Wise .
@mantan_rtw mv agusta Locked everyone out from pursuing an Exp Plate . $15oo AUD To Replace After 15oookm . That's If It Lasts More Than 7oookm .

Ah I'll keep it in mind for next time! Definitely need to get back up there for some of their other brands.
@@motobob Some awesome roads for you to explore around Thetford Forest too 👍
Happy Birthday! Awesome video!
Cheers EH!
Happy birthday man. Great video as usual
Cheers DG!

Thanks mate! Yeah I can’t comment on longevity but I certainly enjoyed a day out on the MV range. The motor is so much fun 🤘

Gorgeous bike! I love when MV has that triple pipe on there. Would like to know how this compares against a Multistrada, though.
Slower but more nible bike then Multi, Multi feels like a truck compere to MV

Happy Birthday
Happy birthday to you ❤🙏🎂🎧
Thanks PS - too kind!
i cannot imagine riding that speed on an indian countryside roads.
Ive never seen a bike look so sexy with side boxes on.
Btw, i just thinking about it... What are that lever above the rear brake lever?
Parking brake because it has the SCS
are you shifting manually? are you using the clutch... this is a SCS review isn't it?
Happy Birthday, man 👍👍🍻🎉hope ya had a great day mate..
Great vid as usual aswell.
Does look and sound quite a fun bike 👍
Thanks mate! It was pretty good to be honest - spent the day riding MVs and then the evening with the family consuming pizza and brandy 👍
@@motobob sounds a perfect day mate 👍👍👍👍🍻
Miss Yamaha Tracer had baby with Mr Triumph Tiger Sport.
Happy birthday. Wish I was 34 again :)
Haha cheers K!
Not me, I had twin 2 year olds and shaky work prospects. Now I'm 49 and life is good.... and more time for riding.
Nice looking bike but I prefer a low revving twin..and not a Ducati.
Me too! But I still enjoyed taking it for a spin
scs is like Honda's DCT?

Really nice, but a tad pricey.
Nice moto ❤
Wind protection?

So all my kangarooing down the road whilst learning could have been avoided ? :-D
Yes, but it builds character!

Awesome sound, but I’m not sure I’d like the consequences of wringing it out.
Hill hold assist?
22 model has it
that triumph sound...oh w8

It's not my favourite looking bike in the range. But I can see why the ride might appeal to some
