I build a PSE Stinger max ready to shoot package. The stinger is a awesome entry into compound and solid choice for the beginner or the archer on a budget.
You could for sure. It’s not as long as a target bow but will work for a indoor set up. It will have limitations when you do outdoors but it will work. You do have to be aware of the limitations of that bow as with any other bow. They have their purpose. But it should not stop you from getting your feet wet on either of the disciplines. Good luck and have fun.
The Stinger is great at fitting for multiple roles, it’s relatively small and light and has the draw weight and decent speed to use for hunting, and I’ve atleast seen one person participate in target archery using the stinger and do very well in it, with that in mind It definitely will do it’s job in 3D no problem.
Nice video. Gotta turn off auto focus when you’re tying around the string at that angle though. The camera kept focusing back and forth from your hand to the bow to string. Still enjoyed the video just some feedback.
You could paper tune anytime. It is a great indicator of what the bow and arrows are doing. It will eliminate the thought that the bow is not up to spec. That being said I do suggest that new shooters go out and get used to their new bow. Make sure your form is good then put the bow through paper.
Very well done. Close up vid so that the work can be really easily seen. One of the best I've seen
Great thank you for your comment. I try and do it different.
