I’m an autistic teen. I love Disney! I have always wanted to go to Disney! Thanks for making this video it was extremely helpful. I will show my mum this vid now!
fantastic info, you answered almost all the questions I had about taking my daughter, fortunately, we have the access card already, highly recommend that for anyone with a child who has a hidden disability.
Worth noting the access card is now what most themeparks/attractions in the UK are accepting and also alot of Europe theme parks will accept it so definitely worth the £15
Also (depending on the venue) can get you free/discounted companion tickets if that's what you said you need on the card. For example 02 arena give free companion tickets to gigs, so does Royal Albert Hall (annoyingly all their companion tickets are in the access area though) some theatres give free companion tickets, others up to a third off. Definitely worth the £15 for 3 yrs if you go to at least one Venue where they have free companion tickets and it costs more than £15 for one
Thankyou for the info. That last few times it’s been really hard as my husband wasn’t diagnosed. Now he’s diagnosed with ADHD and we have a national disability card we will be able to get the priority pass which will help greatly and make it more enjoyable and less stressful
Hey Rhi, please can you do a video about the annual passes, how they work for families, are they worth it and any hints and tips to save money with them please. Thanks!
I *think* with the access card you can save 25% on an annual pass, and you can have your priority pass valid for the whole of your annual pass, to stop you having to re apply every time
Absolutely love your videos. Always so in depth, and phenomenally helpful to a DLP newbie like myself. I'm taking my daughter's (9&7) on my own in April and have just received my access card, so the priority pass information you have shared is just what I needed. Thank you for the great post you beautiful legend.
@@MummyOfFourDoesDisney Very helpful and enjoyable to watch. Also you have a lovely family, your children are so polite and I can't wait to see my daughters faces when we arrive, as if they're anything like your children's expressions when walking around Disney, I'll be one very happy daddy.
Hi. I appreciate you making this video, although sadly i found it very difficult to follow with the speed of which everything was said. But i will check out your other video's. Hopefully it will help. Thanks
I’m confused, not a annual pass holder so it says buy your ticket in advance because they don’t sell it at the park but for special rate disability price you have to buy a ticket at the park the day you visit??
Personally I'd apply for the Nimbus Access card for £15 (not sponsored, just what I did) and if you qualify for that, then you'll qualify for the Paris priority access x
What size is the priority pass card, is it standard credit card sized? Going with one ASD daughter and one profoundly disabled daughter in a wheelchair - so want to make sure I get nice safe card holder (to go along with all the other stuff we need to take for a military operation!) :)
Hi - we are planning a trip with our son who is autistic and our daughter who will be 2 when we plan to go. I know the limit for accompanying people for shows etc is two, do you know how strictly this is enforced? E.g. will my wife and I and our two kids be able to watch the shows together do you think or will one parent and toddler need to watch separately?
Hey! Thank you for the info! If im buying day tickets to get 25% off, do i go to the annaul pass line or is there an office to get the pass and then a separate line for ticket pass?
I am eligible for the reduced rate tickets and access requirements. It says to buy in the park on the day. I am worried on the day I may be told no tickets left for that day. Can this happen?
Technically it could, but they allocate a set amount of tickets on the door for this purpose every day, so apparently as long as you go first thing in the morning, you should be fine x
Thank you for the info. QQ: at Disneyworld we received the DAS pass (disability pass) and we were able to ride the same attraction many times in a day. Is it the same in Disneyland Paris, or do you only get to ride each attraction once using their disability pass. Thank you!
Hi thanks for this wonderful video. Can these passes be used by someone on their own? Do you have to have a carer ride with you? I'm the only one in my party who rides you see. Many thanks for your help
hey i want to get a annual pass when i go disneyland paris in june. i get priorty card so obviously get discount. but just wanted to know i want monthly option what documents do i need to bring to the ticket office? and when do they actually give u the Annual pass?
Hi, I wanted to ask about accompanying parents. If we have a prioroty card for our little child is that gives us the parents priority access also to attractions which our child is too young to go on (without the child)? or we can use it just in attractions that our child goes together with us? Thanks, Eyal
Can anybody help clarify? Hubby and I are planning a trip this year with our 3 kiddos. 2 if which have an access card (elder two aged 9 &11) due to ADHD/ASD. 6 year old doesnt. Will we all eb able to enter rides together or will they state each priority card holder requires an adult acting as carer for them? Meaning our 6 year old would be considered unsupervised? So if taking 3 children (2 with priority card and one aged 6) would you need 3 adults to attend with them? Any help greatfully received?
We are starting to plan a first time trip to disneyland my daughter loves mickey mouse but shes blind and cant deal with crowds we are looking in to it but do you no if she would be able to get a pass
Hi, Just wanted to check when there are multiple people with a priority card in the group, can you go with more than 3 (card holder + 2) to characters? We are with a group of four friends, of which three are able to get the priority card. Thanks in advance ❤
I wasn't aware they they couldn't? If you have items of proof on the DLP website then the person would qualify. Maybe email DLP if you need clarification before you travel. Have you tried applying for the access card?
@@MummyOfFourDoesDisney No I have not, I could find ADHD on their website ): It's a little complicated haha. I am going next week so hopefully no long waiting times
I've had the priority card before and I have ADHD, you should be able to get it as long as you have some form of proof of disability that they ask for 😊
Hey if im visiting for the day and want to get the pass can i show a letter of disability and/or disability bus pass from usa. I went 4 yrs ago and don't even remember if i had to show any proof of disability
Hello Rhi, my girls and I are enjoying your videos. We go on the 20th of March, I have a nimbus card for myself that has the queuing/standing symbol and my husband has the same but also a +1 symbol on it. Does the access card need specific symbols on them to be accepted with Disneyland Paris? I’m stressing that we’ll get there and they won’t accept it. My husband has a blue disabled parking permit, but we’ll be using that to park for free with the train station disabled help facility. But if they don’t accept it I’d rather pay for the parking than find ourselves unable to queue and disappoint our children who struggle with changes of plans (neurodivergent style🤪, without a diagnosis currently) I’d appreciate any assurance or advice regarding our situation if it’s something that you can help with of course 😊
If you have one of the cards, for example, I have the national disability card from the US, do you also have to bring a letter from your doctor or is the disability card sufficient?
If my carer and I have purchased dated tickets in advance, can we receive a disability refund/discount on those when we pick up our priority card? Thanks for the informative video!
We are visiting Disney in November. My daughter is currently going through a diagnosis for autism but we have certificates or documents etc. Is there anything we could do?

Is it like return time at Disney world or you just show up whenever you want to anything
I think with the priority card you just show up at attractions

What about the shows? Do priority card holders queue ect?
There is a separate entrance for the priority card holders x
What happens for marvel meets with characters
Thanks for the explanation. The system in the United States works a little differently.
Thank you for this very helpful
May I ask the size of the priority card, so I can buy a lanyard / plastic holder in advance? Thank you!

😊😊Help needed !!If you're staying offsite, when can you entree the park when you have the priority card?? Anyone know
Do you need priority and access card ? My two children both have autism . Thanks

They are generally pretty strict I'm afraid, although it's always worth asking the particular cast member on the day x
Where can I pick the card up I’m not a annual pass holder
What if u want it for hotel do u get discount and I’m sure it used to be free ticket not 25 off

The annual pass office x

Yes x

As I understand it, the person with the card must ride x

You should be fine. For reference, my husband hates rides so I usually take my 3 kids (all of whom have access cards) on rides on my own x

Hi, how does it work in the restaurants that don't accept bookings like annettes diner? If there is a long queue do you get fast tracked?

Only if the diagnosis is “final”, not just that she is going through the process.
