Trees are wonderful. They give us oxygen and are beautiful to look at. But you can definitely have too much of a good thing. I hear what you are saying....variety is the spice of life.Too much of the green tunnel Not sure but I think this area was the home of the Cherokee indians a long time ago. Pity they never left anything to remember them by along the trail. Thanks for sharing .....always a pleasure to watch.
So glad fortune smiled on you Kristina. US weather does have some extremes. 22:20 hrs BST as I write this and not long home from my latest episode on South Downs Way: Darned hot here too! Because it has been so wet the woodland thorns and brambles here are also overgrown on the pathways. Looked very similar to yours in places. Go well.
It was so wonderful to meet you Sheep! Your energy is contagious. Thank you for the smiles! You always have friends here when you come back ~ Suds
It was great to meet a new hiking friend
