I'm not surprised that the Paul Brothers got involved in a crypto currency scheme. There's no low these two will stoop to, even duping their followers to invest in shady crypto coins.
The mere fact they they are following people that have no talent, and offer no value to society,.yet put them on a pedestal, already tells you they're not so bright.
They are the severely brainwashed, that’s why we need to wake them up, hence our children, stop buying them devices. What child needs a cell phone (that does everything but wipe their Keesters for them) @ 5 years of age???? You can’t blame the system if you are a willing participant in having the latest device because it claims it uses 2 more pixels for a better photo, so everyone goes & upgrades at $1,000+ for the latest. Save that money & take yourself a real vacation, stop paying for “their” vacations!
As much as I hate these internet scammers, the people that follow, watch, and enable them are also to blame. Hopefully karma will catch up to them sooner or later.
There are some SME business owners who uses Instagram's Shopify to promote their businesses (i.e. food prep & delivery). These are the genuine ones who has actual talent & business skills to prove. Just that they are are overshadowed by social media influencers who have nothing to show except their plastic-surgerised/Photoshopped bodies & empty brains to the world.
It really drives me crazy seeing people ask for money whether it’s for business or supporting their lifestyles. Few years ago a friend on Facebook was tagged by his cousin asking people for money because she’s never had a real vacation. Course my ass pops up and says go get a job. They were actually quite a few people that bitched at me about it. I am the type of person that will not just give away money. I will help somebody that is helping themselves or trying to help themselves.
That is the only way to be. Just giving money, people never learn a damn thing and will soon be back asking for more. Exactly as you stated - help them to help themselves - that is the only way to help. Anything else it is a straight up NO.
NFT is even more insidious. It's NOT actually the image; it's just the *_link_* to the image. If the hosting disappears, you'll end up with an expensive, but totally worthless, link to 404.

Reminds me of the time I was working at a basketball game. I was done setting up so I was looking down at the court. People had just started entering the arena. Saw about 12 girls in a row of seats by the court. Someone took their picture. I didn't think much of it till a few minutes later when I looked back at the court and didn't see them sitting in the seats. Figured they went to get snacks. Looked around at the crowd getting into their seats and I see the 12 girls sitting in the nosebleed sections.
They were just trying to boost their status by having pictures taken while sitting in courtside seating. One of the problems of social media is how so many people do scummy things to deceive people looking at their photographs or descriptions of trips taken or charity programs they participated in. But in reality, they could just walk onto a charity scene, ask someone to let them hold a paint brush or hammer, get pictures taken, and then leave the location.

The influencer life looks both boring and stressful. Like, what do you do aside from appease fans and, apparently, party? What do you spend your time doing when you're by yourself? DO you get to spend time by yourself??
Not to mention having to take so many pictures all the time seems a bit much. Especially taking pictures before eating that delicious looking food would get annoying. You also have to be very careful who you partner with to avoid illegal scams.

Even more scummy thing about "Save the kids" is its creators' claim that it had an anti-whale system preventing the sale of more then 5% of held coins every 24 hours.
On day of release, that part of code was changed/deleted, allowing both Faze clan members and its creators to sell it all.
Coffeezilla made a great video detailing it in more detail with all the things he managed to find in his investigation.

I seriously hate the term influencer. One of the absolute worst fads to come out of the internet. If anyone is "influenced" to do anyone by these clowns, they should have all ability to make personal decisions stripped from them and placed in a mental ward.

There's a reason for those regulations that go well beyond taxes.
There’s a guy on all the platforms, UA-cam is a good place to watch his social commentary videos and he calls out BS every day and is hilarious in his way with words, he does swear so ….. if that’s a problem for you don’t check him out, anyway he goes by Barr-none, which in Australia and other phrases he uses are straight up Australian slang and verbiage is too good, as I was saying he came across a man with a UA-cam channel that suffers from Parkinson’s at an early age and he vlogs everyday about his struggles with the Parkinson’s and Barr-none gave him the biggest respect and asked his followers to go follow him, which they did and he’s been very happy since as he says himself, he’s famous.
