Alex is as much of an actor as he is an artist. The way he changes his stage presence/look/mannerisms to fit the album or decade they’re trying to fit is unbelievable. All the while keeping such an excellent performance up

"505" is a mix of the old and new Alex Turner influence. A chill start, that ends with rage. For me, a masterpiece. Maybe the best song they own.

I mostly only listen to jazz these days, but this guy Alex Turner is really something else. A true artist, it's not that his music is the most complex, although it is pretty inventive, this man is a true musician, just a creative force. Truly excited to see what other direction he'll go in!

The Golden Trunks outdoor is beautiful. It's such a melancholic melody that's very bittersweet.

He did for a while, in the humbug/sias era. But they were also young lads living in the USA working closely with Josh Homme, so... Ig it was just life happening at the time. Now they are old and cut all the american easyriders crap.
Also it's AMAZING that they can play TBHC live and it sounds EXACTLY like it does on the record. It has a lot more going on than your standard guitar-bass-drums, so it's really impressive.

ngl, back then in 2018 when this album released, i was like, what happened with this band? i dont think it's bad, it's just completely different lol. it wasn't untill i watched these live performances i found out how attractive this album is. and yea this is 2021 and my brain still keep playing "It's SuCH aN eAsY fLIgHt~~" everytime i'm going to bed lmao

I love the record, but no matter how much you love something you need to understand that people can have other opinions and may want to express them. In the same way you express your love for the record, they should express their hate for it. Saying "pleaaasee staawwp" isnt gonna do anything, nor should it. Its the dumbest answer posible to criticism.

Thank you for uploading this! TBH&C will forever be one of my favorite albums, the Golden Trunks outro makes this live performance that much more of an oddly bittersweet feeling. I wonder if Alex mean to play the part of “I’m sure you’ve heard about enough” without singing it as a finale.
