Mayuris speech always made sense, I grew up loving skating and anime. Whenever I got a trick down, whenever I started feeing myself cause I was getting good. Suddenly I couldn’t learn new tricks. You can’t ever stop evolving. If you love it always be better than your current self and I promise you you’ll see so much progress.
Mayuri's speech extends further than simple evolution. Intelligence is understanding that limits exist to keep our egos in check. If we find a way to exceed those limits, we run the risk of causing ourselves more harm and losing sight of what matters. Mistakes are meant to be made so we learn from them, and limits exist so we never feel too confident in our abilities to the point where we take far more risks than we ought to.
@@xseroxarrow4471 i’m gonna put this and then I’m gonna leave because I don’t wanna start an argument on something that can’t be proven. No one not even divine beings are perfect.
Mayuri's speech boils down to: Perfection is a Lie, an illusion to make us believe that it exists. And it is that illusion that motivates others to seek it. An impossible goal that can never be achieved.

1st Aizen to me is different because he used force to get what he wanted within the Soul Society and where the Hollows live themselves... He took over Baragon's thrown remember by force some of the higher ranking hollows joined him because they had no choice really in whether they wanted to be part of the fight. All the Hollows wanted was basically freedom from whenever Soul Society kill whenever they feel like it... but then again some Hollows have gone to Soul Society on their own terms killing the innocent. I think it depends on the way you look at it from the Hollows perspective to Soul Society. 2nd Aizen trusting Gin for example letting his guard down is quite interesting by that positioning within itself. Gin literally gambled on himself within the anime to be the one to hold back Aizen when Ichigo was weak. Tricking people like Rangiku who actually cared for himself while others thought of him being the biggest villain within the anime itself. I think the way he trust Gin was more so due to the fact that loyalty would have been Aizen's biggest weakness even if he was testing the Hogyoku which would have not let him die. Gin built that reputation on the spot and let himself die at the hands of Aizen when it did happen...
Ay just wanna say that i think aizen didnt trust gin its more like that he trusted in his ability to see through other people and their motives. But he couldnt see through the masterful snake that gin is. So his arrogance and immense trust in himself made him be at ease even around gin. Gins ability to deceive and act beat aizens intelligence. Atleast thats how i see it

Here's my quotes(sorry if it sounded cringe here): Why are men that aggressive. Is it something only we can accomplish, or is it that we hate one another? No. We're aggressive because we show protection to other people, to our family, and to our loved ones. We're aggressive because that's our nature, our instinct, our role just like a knight.
