What size mini split in your metal building?

12k would be fine if it was insulated . 18k plenty, cant imagine needing more for that size
Well i was shooting in the dark because I could not find any info on my buildout. I was not intending to insulate due to the amount of French cleats already installed in the building when buying a system. I will say that the 24k unit is working well, I can open the large door for moving materials around and it drops the temps back to my settings very quickly. On startup after sitting during the night I am comfortable in 30-45 minutes. I will add that as aggravating as installing the insulation was, it is worth it! Thanks for your comment and adding to the knowledge for everyone!!
I agree. 12k would have worked fine with the insulation. You should be able to hang meat in there with a 24k. The bonus of going bigger is that it should use alot less power and run alot less frequent. Thanks for the video
