What Fallout Chems Would I Abuse?

The Legion didn’t create healing powder. - This is true and I messed it up. I got things mixed up because the Legion ONLY uses healing powder instead of Stimpaks. This was all recorded in one take so I couldn’t edit it or the PowerPoint later.
Where is (insert chem here)? - I tried to stick to chems that had a realistic use or an effect I could at least work with. I also didn’t want to pick things like Turbo when I was using FO4 Jet already.
Where is (chem from Fallout Tactics)? - I’m going to hit you with my car
