Key Steps for Underwater Equipment Management:
    1. Begin with one knee up and all air fully deflated from your BCD to stabilize yourself.
    2. Start unclipping and loosening your straps from the top of your BCD while working downwards.
    3. Unclip the chest strap and fully loosen the shoulder straps.
    4. Release the cummerbund of the BCD and bring it in front of your body using your LEFT hand.
    5. Inspect the BCD for any necessary adjustments before replacing it.
    6. Use your RIGHT hand first to replace the BCD, keeping your alternate air source under your shoulder.
    7. Hold the tank with your right hand to reposition it behind you, especially if it has become positively buoyant.
    8. Locate the low-pressure inflator to prevent twisting of the shoulder strap behind you.
    9. Tighten and replace your straps from the bottom of your BCD while working upwards.
    10. Secure the Velcro on the cummerbund and waist clip, tighten the shoulder straps, and re-secure the chest strap.
    11. Double-check that all gauges and hoses are tucked away and streamlined for optimal hydrodynamics.

Great video! I'll use with my students. Only change for me is to kneel my right leg rather than my left leg to allow the kit to swing around more easily. Other than that - perfect!
