This video has changed my life. No joke. I'm a long sufferer of insomnia and severe nighttime anxiety. Strange as it is to say, the fans in this recording are the perfect even pitch. They remind me of visiting the walkins at stores with my mother as a kid during those long brutally hot summers. I put a small fan blowing on my face and the vid audio gives me ASMR. I can easily get to sleep and then I stay asleep. Thank you
I’m so glad that this exists. This is probably the first time I experienced asmr, walking into a walk in freezer in the kitchen of a hotel. It was so amazing, really brings back the memories
I was the executive chef of a very busy hospital for over 5 years. My average work week was around 120 hours a week. My only peace and quiet was when I was in the walk-ins. I would hang out in there for a little while just to clear my head. I now use this recording whenever I need to relax. Thanks so much for posting!
God bless you for making these videos….Seriously, you’re helping so many of us who suffer from anxiety & have trouble sleeping…these sounds help ease & calm our mind. Thanks again!
Back in the 90s as a kid at convenience stores i used to crawl through the drink cooler to the back freezers. It felt like a new world. My local store was walking distance away, i would walk up there and crawl back there into the freezer and just sit and relax. The owner caught me one day and told me if i want to go into the freezer, just use the main door. She let me use it when i wanted. Nowadays convenience stores have those Beer Cave walk in parts anyways, but back then it felt different as it was dark, cold and relaxing
A year after I made my last comment and I still come back to this video occasionally. I have tinnitus (lots of ear infections as a kid resulted in inner ear scarring and some hearing loss and such) and videos like this really help. I used to work for McDonalds here in Australia many years ago and they have a walk-in fridge similar to this one, except it's got a darker tint on the light which makes it less of an eye sore, it kinda looks somewhat like a greenish light, mixing well with the same shelves you have here. I genuinely fell in love with that fridge and being in it for any length of time. Once you close the door, you can't hear anything else outside of it, it's like the outside world doesn't exist for that brief moment in time and it's such a wonderful feeling!
I come back to this video nearly every night, and I also fell in love with being in the walk in when I worked at McDonald’s :) it’s like the outside world fades away and you’re surrounded by the calming hum of the fans
This reminds me of when I was a kid and I would be by the freezers I would feel the cold making me relaxed and calm.Thank you for reminding me of those good memories
I REALLY enjoy going to sleep to this. A BIG thank you to whom ever took time out of there day to make this video. At night when im laying in bed i sometimes close my eyes and i imagine im in my bed inside the cooler and i fall asleep so good💤😴🌌🌠💓
I suggested the video to him and I’m very happy that i did because he put so much effort into it And it’s so kind of him to spend his time making something that a random person (me) suggested to him. It just shows he’s a nice person. Also I’m the exact same as you. I like to listen to it and imagine I’m in the freezer. So glad I found someone that imagines that they are in there just like me 😄😄😄😴😴😴
We used to have these at my summer camp when I was younger. They used them to store our lunchboxes until lunch time so our food wouldn’t get hot. The group leaders or “counselors”, were the only people allowed inside of them to get the lunches, but every now and then on a really hot day, if you were lucky, you could sneak in and cool off for a minute or two until they’d yell at you. But MAN it felt AMAZING to be inside one of these on a 90-100 degree Fahrenheit day. I miss those times.
This is absolutely great. I’m so so happy that you did this for me and I really do appreciate all the time you have put into making this. I love how you have switched camera angles all the time and we get a view from lots of different places. I can see you have put a lot of effort into this for me and I truly do love it. I’m sorry if this wasted a while if you’re time and I hope this gets you a lot of views. I absolutely love this sound so much. I’m so glad I subscribed to this channel it’s amazing. Looking forward to seeing your new videos and have a great day
No problem! I've been trying to up my game with better visuals lately, so it's fun to experiment. Sorry it took so long! Thanks for being patient, hope it was worth the wait.
Hey! Love the video. I don't know if you'll see this but I was wondering if you could do another one of almost exxactly the same thing except with a singular recording (looped) of inside the freezer, looking at the fans? Whilst I enjoy the sound of this one, the constant changing of frames makes it a little more difficult to enjoy. Thanks :)
I did actually make one that's a still image, maybe not exactly what you're looking for - ua-cam.com/video/3JRLI5JI22Q/v-deo.html I could probably do one that's just fans. I try to switch the shots up because UA-cam doesn't seem to like it when you loop the same thing for too long. I got in trouble for it a few years back and ended up having to delete a bunch of videos over it, so now I try not to loop a single shot constantly.
How did he walked into a freezer? Well it’s a walk in freezer so you are able to walk in. Secondly he used his legs to “walked” into it 😂😂. By the way the person that made this video is a brilliant person. He made this video just for me 😅😅😅

When I was a kid and had just left school, I got a job in a supermarket. When we had a delivery of frozen food I used to stack the boxes in the walk in freezer. I would always build a little hiding spot and I would sneak in with my big warm coat and hide in there listening to the fans with the lights out. This video brings back all those happy memories. Thank you.

reminds me of 10 years ago, working nights at the petrol station stacking shelves / chilling out in the cool room. surprisingly relaxing memory.
