I am a Science Scholar Student and Always who had been suffering from Exam Anxiety and Panic Attacks.... This is even the period when I am giving my Commerce Mba Exams when I am.clueless about the commerce field and My Anxiety and Panic Attcks are on surge provided i am stranded lonely in a Big home all day ... Intense feelings of being making your parents ashamed amd Embarassed by my bad results is something that intensifies my anxiety.....
