Welcome, thanks so much, if oven can't turn off fan, can try to reduce temperature by 10c to try and see, coz fan force oven tends to have higher heat force, keep an eye while baking
Usually I don't use fan force, although it has more even heat, but it tends to have higher heat force, top tends to dark faster. If your oven can't turn off fan, you can reduce oven temperature by 10c

I have slightly adjusted the sugar already for this recipe, you can reduce abit more, but not too much, as sugar helps to give cookies structure
