I had a idea for a new rig,It’s called the Ontario rig.First you get a leader and attach some fluorocarbon to it.Add some slip knot weights and get a EWG hook.Tie it to the fluorocarbon and insert it Texas rig style into a spinner or minnow, then just above the knot add a bead, and some spinner spoons and a in line spinner spoon for some flare.Add your insight, feedback and opinions below please 👇🏻
You don’t have to use a sinker but it won’t sink as fast without at least a small one you can put an 1/8oz on it and get the best of both worlds, you can go a little faster because it has a little weight but you get that awesome action still.
He was saying to place the exposed hook into the worm slightly so the point can’t get caught. The fish will bite down on the worm exposing the point of the hook for you to set it.
Just caught a 7 pounder yesterday on a brown senko with red flakes
noice🎣
My favorite brand but I personally use black and blue flaked 😊
Depends on water conditions my friend good color tho always get bites on it throw on a green pumpkin or watermelon trust😹
@@BassinActionTv I fish murcky water or blended no clear water lake near me
@@BassinActionTv I have green pumpkin and the orange pumpkin work for me
Samee
@ericgamble5742 green pumpkin works in murky water also. But darker colors work better when it's darker/night/very deep in my opinion
I used this same exact set up minus the sinker and caught 5-6 pound bass
Put a small bead on after the bullet weight so it doesn't beat the heck out of the knot 🤘
Literally my favorite bass right now.
I like Texas rigs with craws bc it just looks much cleaner
Thank you I’ve been trying to do a Texas rig for a long time and you just helped me
Hands down best bass rig out there
Wacky rig 🤷
@@Ledoux1the wacky rig might be very good but it requires basically no skill to use. They are both good in different structure/seasons
Thank you needed this, tutorial very helpful!!
Good explanation for newbies

I'm only 12 but this is the exact way I do it and I can catch 2 to 10 pound bass almost every cast
Damn what’s you pr?
@@TTV-Thatsonperiod bass 9.2
I try using texas rigs all the time at my pond but the only bait for me that gets bit is a Bobby garland crappie. Any tips?
You should do a vid on how to fish one
I go over the eye of the hook
Do you need the sinker?

What you’re gonna do is take… I’m still waiting lol
Nice partial video
So a Texas rig?
I get where you coming from but if you read the title it tells you.
Literally in the title bub..
bro should reupload: to finish the video: tuck the hook back into the plastic so it doesn't get snagged
Bro hands are rotting 😂😂
What hook is that?
I caught my first fish ever this season with a Texas Rig I messed up by trying to make a Ned Rig
Do people even bass fish without knowing this?
No bobber stop????
Are Texas rigs only for big fish?
Mainly for bass of pretty much any size because they have big mouths
What color is that
this entire video is a "thats what she said" joke
Where is the rest of the video
They still get snagged
He never finished on showing how to hide the hook
Part 2
And now get ready to take all the seaweed off the bullet weight
if it doesn’t fit in a short don’t make it a short. 🤦♂️
Not finishing your videos keeping your fingers scaly as hell
Off set worm hook. Not a Texas rig hook
That's an offset hook not a texas rig hook
Can someone please tell me what he was gonna say at the last part?
He was saying to place the exposed hook into the worm slightly so the point can’t get caught. The fish will bite down on the worm exposing the point of the hook for you to set it.
Why your fingers look like that?
It’s from lipping bass.
like regular fingers?? do you have 5 thumbs or something
@@Bawbyoh ya you right
Bass teeth
I call it bass fingers it’s when you lip a bunch of bass
Why you got 5 fingers lil bro?
