Legend has it that if you shoot 3 videos in a row at above f/2.8, Tony will appear as a blurry apparition in your mirror and suck you into his out of focus world.

He did not know? Amateur.. In all seriousness: In my experience more people watch Kasey than you realize.. And if not point them to this channel anyway.. ;)
As someone suffering myopia since childhood, I have had to deal with Toneh without my corrective lenses. While some choose to fight the blurry background in their lives, in my latter years I have come to embrace it. Thanks to smartphone technology I can watch videos without my glasses and everything beyond my arm's reach is in glorious Toneh. Toneh is not just cinema -- it is life for the visually-challenged.
I believe Toneh to be a further reaching philosophical and artistic concept. It serves to illustrate the utmost isolation of the individual in modern society, where social media and big corporations act as catalyst of the obliteration of social communitarianism. In Tony’s famous Toneh-construct establishing video, we clearly see a contemporary human making a desperate call for help, much like we already saw in other masterpieces such as ‘the scream’ by Edvard munch or any of Edward Hopper’s works on the theme. Tony will pass to history as one of the seminal figures of american neo expresionism and philosophical solipsism. What a time to be alive
