    Thank you Bruce. I'm sharing this video around Toronto. It is a concise, clear and beautiful introduction to the IFS model, and a great way to encourage interest in people (clients and colleagues) who have not run into this way of working, deepening self-understanding and healing yet.

      Gitta Schroeder I get what you're saying Gitta; on the other hand amongst the yoga/Western Buddhist/Kirtan communities over here the music would make sense as appealing to the spiritual aspects of the model
