Extreme Buffalo Wing Sauce - APOCALYPSE Scorpion infused
Вставка
- Опубліковано 11 лис 2021
- I took my wing sauce recipe and added 1.5 scorpion peppers to each bottle! This gave the sauce a really nice heat level - I would give it a 6-7 out of ten (this may be 10/10 for most people - but I have a much hotter sauce in the works).
My new favorite sauce for eggs and pretty much anything else.

getting fancy here Nate with the shrink wrap! Love the colour of your peppers mate!
Thanks so much Simon! Now I just need custom labels :-)
Glad to see a new hot sauce Nate! It look fantastic, love the atomic scorpions and habanero mix. Cool that you keep a notebook on the process as well as weights of each ingredient. You’ve definitely got this down to more of a science. Awesome job brother!
I have a few more hot sauces that I have fermenting in the basement for videos so stay tuned Charley! Thanks brother!
Hey since the price of Fritos Corn Chips has double in price. I now make them! ~ I used Masa, or corn flour. heat the water up to 190 degs. where its a past like texture ~ flatten them out with wax paper. Then use a rolling pin to the thickness you want. I used 1/8" cut them with a pizza roller, size chips you want. add salt and deep fry them in corn oil, I just flip them off into the hot oil. YUM i add jalapeno powder into the chips OMG YUM can use what ever you like Last out on paper towels i salt them jalapeno powder them lightly again
masa - the key to good homemade corn tortillas. I should try frying them into chips some time. Cheers JR!
@@WhiteThunderBBQ I think it is. The masa is more tender crunch, and more favor. I did another experiment mix it up 50/50 corn meal and masa with my seasoning . They was better than Fritos i also make them a little more thicker where they puff up like pillows, made them like a potato chip crunch. YUM. it also seem to make a better corn chip little darker brown, Don't burn em. OK than the golden brown
Short, sweet, and informative. Great job
Thanks so much Taurus!
Tears Of Joy 🤣 If it got favor? I can put up with some spice of a Habanero. That about as high as i can stand ~ I can't stand ghost peppers at all, so Much as i like the looks of the scorpion. I doubt i can stand it; We had 3 light frost and the pepper are doing fine so far. THAT some very nice peppers you have grown brother 👍
All my pots are in the garage - have 3 different peppers to harvest. We have had some pretty hard frosts already.
Excelente
I will be making this one this year for sure!!
Nate my friend, great hot sauce & looks tasty to go in my chili, I'm not bragging, but the folks that eat my chili brag on it, & I think i''ll make a big 3 gallon stock pot full, then cut it into 2 pots & add this sauce to 1 lot for folks that like the heat, leave it out of the pot for the folks that like mild.
I always spice my bowls of chili up....when I make a pot its mild for the kiddos. Thanks Steve.
@@WhiteThunderBBQ Nate my friend, that would work also, I just like how the heat seems to infuse the chili more evenly when made when added to the pot of chili, stay safe my friend & God bless you & yours
Liquid Gold! Thanks Nate! Let us know how it tastes 😃✌🏻🌶
I have been eating this pretty much every day since I bottled it. It is amazing in soup! I will try and do a taste test on the next sauce I bottle up. Cheers Rick!
If I use chocolate habanero and red apocalypse Scorpion peppers should everything else stay the same?
sure! Did you end up making this? Cheers Jeff
Not yet but I have Apocalypse (red and chocolate) Scorpions in my 62 pepper plants, looking forward to it.
Nate, btw, have you tried those carolina reaper peppers that are supposed to be hotter than ghost peppers ?,if so,how bad?,I haven't tried them yet, also, there is some idiot that spends his time scanning sites to give it a thumbs down if it doesn't have one, pay it no mind pal
the scorps in this are hotter than ghosts.
