10/10 guide. Hoyoung is probably my favorite aesthetic looking class, but i had NO idea how to player it properly. This guide made the class seem MUCH more simple! Thanks!
Very much appreciate this detailed yet relaxed guide to HoYo. It's a class that seems daunting because of all the buttons, but I appreciate it for having a very unique aesthetic and set of skills. I've yet to really find a "main" myself, there are a few choices that have a bit more going on than some of the other DPS monsters. I'll use this when I level my HoYo to 200 for Legion, as that's my focus currently. Thanks for the pleasant video!

I literally just made a hoyoung yesterday in the burning world. Definitely was a difficult class to play but your guide helped me understand how to play the class. I would like to see a guide on shadower or luminous since I'm trying to main those. Great video!
I wanted to get into the hoyoung discord but this video pretty much covered everything I wanted to know and even touched on things I wasn't even aware of
This video is amazing, ty. For lazy ppl like me, HY is essentially buff and spam 1 attack for bossing and then buff + talisman clones + 1 attack for mobbing. So good :)

Man, I wish this video came out when savior just dropped. I was actually split between burning a night walker or hoyoung. Ultimately decided on nightwalker cus my brain is too small for hoyoung

i love love love his skill and theme, but i'm really bad at remember the order of using skill and dodging thing esspecially the fallen thing, thank god buff freeze now is permanent so i don't die mid-way of summoning and using skill early during boss fight

The only thing at 9:20 using all of the skill colors makes Tiger roar and do more aoe or damage
Any one have idea how dps rota will change on 6th job? Do we still mainly spam ground skill or we now must spam all 3 orb skills?

Reboot is the server most people play nowadays if you're looking for community, but otherwise if you're sticking with non-reboot, I'd say aurora or scania? I think scania has more players

This guide was awesome. I was wondering, do you have the link to the Hoyoung discord server? I'm at 68 and working on my hoyoung and having so much fun thanks to you.
Unfortunately, I can't as easily link to the Hoyoung discord because it's a little gated off, requiring whoever wants to join to DM the server owner with a screenshot of your character, name, and level in-game. (minimum lv. 200)

Thanks for the guide :) I am searching for what to Hyperburn for the Dreamer update and and honestly Hoyoung looks very tempting thinking about either that or Phantom or Zero, I currenly main Kain so I guess it shouldnt be "that" much more complicated to get onto Hoyoung. Are you still maining the class?
Yep, Hoyoung is still my main! Currently 280 and secondary maining my Zero, I love both so much.
Kain and Hoyoung have a lot of similar overlapping attacks, but the mobility for both and Kain's whole cartridge system are so so different
Does managing your gauge become annoying? I don’t mind management during bossing, but does it becoming an annoyance during mobbing?
I've gotten used to it at least, and I honestly can't remember if I ever found it annoying or tedious etc. at any point in the past two years. I just see the flash at the corner of my eye, or occasionally look over at it and click skills!
My Hoyung is 245 now not burning this woulda been sauced a month ago 🫠 Great content.
Future HYS - The gourd skill can d/c you. The storyline gives 10% fd and 10% atk. Do it ❤
im level 205 and dont see fiend seal how do i finish the quest line
It initially appears once you finish the required Hoyoung job quests up to level 30, and starts with sealing the boss of Ellinel Fairy Academy, so first make sure all lightbulb quests on the left side of the screen with red text and/or that say "Required" are cleared first.
Then past that, the fiend seal quests should keep popping up every 10-20 levels up to 190, ending off at Fox Valley!
hey why is my 2nd part of consuming flame not work with soft cap attack speed? (green pot) is there any way i can fix this? why is this bug still in this game i dont undertstnad ...
i cant be the only one who is absolutely disgusted by this bug...? like there is no way they havnt fix this yet but weirdly i dont think i had problem like this before 6th job ...
I genuinely didn't know this was a thing until I read your comment and tried it out for myself.
I have no idea why it's like this but yeah that is definitely a very weird bug that in some cases in bosses could be really obnoxious/bad
it sucks major in seren and kalos since alot of moves are 1shot or stunned into 1shot, at least now i know its not just me... would be appreciated if u let the hoyoung discord know if u are in it cos im not nor do i have a redit acc to go blastin online,, good to know though thnx for reply king @@Decatei

Hoyoung has the the most ascetically pleasing kit in the game, too bad i never got the hang of them enough to hyperburn it
Yo @decatei how u get to the hoyoung town??
A few methods:
-Create a Hoyoung character; then you can go there anytime you want via the beginner skill tab skill "Return to Cheong-woon"
-Hyper Teleport Rock and world map -> Grandis -> Cheong-woon
-Get to "Savage Terminal - Brigand's Row" (through Pantheon portal), and talking to a little green creature called Sosori

There's no "definitive layout" that's good, especially varying between nearly 50 classes. It's just purely trial and error, and down entirely to preference. Try placing your skills in places that are most comfortable to you!
i did make an hoyoung mule. i still s*ck at mechanics of the class. but... Pwetty colors on skills go WOOSH
I’m still confused on what skills to use. It’s soo many. Plus I play on mobile so everything looks different
MapleStory M on mobile is a completely separate different game from MapleStory on PC!
I don't play it sadly, so can't help much there. I'd imagine some stuff carries over but not entirely sure

I personally think they are!
It's a bit of an investment to get their burst up to comfortably do bosses fast compared to some other classes, and I've played hoyo for years, but they got a really good kit that's almost entirely built towards bossing
