Today I will show you how to convert a 12V sine inverter into 24V.
Step 1:
Replace the 25V capacitor into 35V or more . I use 1000uF-63V
Step 2:
Replace mosfet 1404 with IRF3205, 80n70 etc ..
Step 3:
Rewind the pulse transformer EE42
. Primary 4 + 4 turns
. Secondary 28 turns 17AWG
Step 4:
Replace the feedback resistor.

Why does one transformer have 2 pins on the secondary connected, while the second one has 3 pins connected/wired? What is this third wire on the second transformer? Are they not identical? Thanks!

Simply reverse the procedure. Your only concern would be rewiring the transformers or transformer for 12v depending on the number you have. No need to change the mosfets.

Can i get some help? I just have a cj1000w, green lights on and no indication of fault(red lights off). I checked all mosfet but all are good..I ve got a reading on the output 2.2v insteat of 220v...the output capacitor also 0 volts no voltage recieve

Of course, it does! It does apply to any voltage you need, just element base must be appropriate for the required voltage: transformer, MOSFETs, resistor etc.

First of all, you need to change transformers - the conversion ratio must be two times higher, e.g. the number of wire turns has to be twice more! You need to check also the other parts, mentioned in the video, in particular, MOSFETs. Though you are gonna switch from higher voltage, hence, the ones have bigger voltage capability, on the other hand, the current will be two times higher, if you decide to draw the same power from the battery.

I HAVE EI33 TRANSFORMER I GIVE 4+4 turns in primary and 15+15 Turns in secondary my mosfets are turning on properly i am using 27Khz with 20AWG wire for primary and sec i have wound it just like your videos but when i am connecting it to my circuit it is shorting and damaging both mosfets what is hapeening here? thay mosfet 100V. thay tụ 80V, quấn lại biến áp xung 8+8 vòng. Thay trở hồi tiếp nữa thôi bạn.
Độ khởi động mềm cho con topshak đc không a
kích sine hầu hết là sẽ mặc định ở chế độ có khởi động mềm. Nếu ko có thì bạn tháo ra, nhìn xem có jump soft start không rồi ngắn mạch cái jump đó lại là đc.
