Summary: I am eternal, and death is my steadfast companion. The passing of each generation of my little ponies weighs on me; every one of them is a fleeting, irreplaceable treasure, a snowflake dancing 'round a fire. I want to save all of them; I have the ability to save a few. I have saved none.

Ah, nothing like a cup of coffee and a fanfict read by Scribbler to start off this cloudy morning where i live
The exploration of immortality in a singular person in this fandom is amazing. The moral and psychological aspects of the subject are captivating, and this fic and your own Seven Ages of Pony fic are some of the best I've found thus far.
This fanfic desplays yet another thing that makes immortality a curse, having to spend eternity watching countless lives end.
That's why I want to make life no inmortal. Cause what reasons is there to be immortal, if life was created like That. We are born, we grow, we reproduce and then we die. If we were to be inmortal, that order would be broken
I'd rather be immortal and see the turn of the universe. I plan to explore the universe and for that immortality is a must have for me, natural order be damned
If everyone was immortal that would be nice
Or we all lived super long
@@tourmelion9221 but what fun it is there in being inmortal and not doing anything to stop the fate of other life's that are about to end someday?. Is best for me not to be immortal. I rather have this life that will soon be over. But at least I'll enjoy it as long as I can

How come we never found out how Celestia and Luna were born as the first Alicorns after Equestria was founded? Also was Cadance born an Alicorn or did she become one the same way as Twilight Sparkle?
We see a construction worker as a stallion alicorn in the show yet he doesn't have any link with royalty,it's probably just an easter egg but it could also mean that alicorns could just be very very rare outside of royalty but they exist,that would also explain why flurry heart is an alicorn

I don't know the nest way to put this but if I tweeked the situation to me and my daughter is dying and I can save her even if she didn't want it I'd do it I'm a parent and I love my babies unconditionally so no matter what happens I'd be happy my baby girl will live on your and amazing reader scribbs thanks for such a touching tale

I agree with luna, the ways of old and Shakespearean english should be brought back. Having different ways to communicate should be something embraced...a form of expressing ones self should not be considered dead or lost merely because of a the date when it occured. Scribbler herself has expressed lament at some fan fic writers misuse of such olden language...but why should it matter if it is used properly if its outdated and dead...

well...she isnt going to outlive him, she (as well as twilight 20:14 ) ages at normal (close to normal) speed, even though it isnt as dramatic... she isnt going to outlive him, at least by much
