The situation varies from company to company but it will be either of the one mentioned.
If you migrate through AIPP, you will land only after getting PR. Most companies offering AIPP jobs has a 1 year binding contract normally. If there is no such contract we are free to choose any job during/after.

Rahul, the one main criteria for AIPP is to find a job offer from a designated employer in Atlantic province. So you can start applying for jobs (as mentioned in this video, links in description) and start going through interviews. Some companies are okay to wait until you complete IELTS while some companies prefer employees with a select IELTS score. It depends, but you can start looking at companies even before IELTS. Rahul, the one main criteria for AIPP is to find a job offer from a designated employer in Atlantic province. So you can start applying for jobs (as mentioned in this video, links in description) and start going through interviews. Some companies are okay to wait until you complete IELTS while some companies prefer employees with a select IELTS score. It depends, but you can start looking at companies even before IELTS.
