- Try these easy & quick 3 Ingredient Mousse Cups that are perfect for any party and dessert table. Make the mousse on its own or add some more layers like brownies, cookies, cake, Nutella, Lotus Biscoff Spread, etc and make an unlimited variation. You won’t find any better desserts to make during the holidays.
*The Quantities mentioned below will make 6-8 Small Mousse Cups or Shot Glasses*
3 INGREDIENT MOUSSE:
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream (35% to 40%)
1/3 cup (sifted) Icing Sugar - You can use more or less depending on how sweet you want the mousse to be
1/2 cup Nutella or Lotus Biscoff Spread or Chocolate Chips(melted)
NOTE: For two flavors like in the video, use 1/4 cup of Nutella & 1/4 Lotus Biscoff Spread each. Just remember that the Whipped cream to spread ratio should be 2:1
COOKIE CRUST
1/3 cup Crushed Oreos + 1 tbsp Melted Butter
1/3 cup Crushed Lotus Biscoff Cookies + 1 tbsp Melted Butter
GANACHE LAYER:
1/4 cup Chocolate Chips
1/4 cup Heavy Cream*
*For thinner Ganache add a little bit more Cream.

You can easily make it ahead of time and keep for a week if keeping in an air tight container. For jars like this a day or two. What i would recommend is fill in the shot glasses and then keep them airtight in a large tupperware box :)
How did you make the red velvet glass??
